Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of food. location provides exceptional views but requires an average travel of an hour to most tourist attractions, however transportation is local (subway is a 10 minute walk) and easy to find.

A bit far from the downtown attractions

A large hotel in a skyscraper, nice views over the city. Close the a subway and a mini 24h supermarket. Clean and comfortable. Umbrellas can be borrowed.

Nothing for sightseeing in a walkable distance, but the subway is close. No laundry service.

Location was good, near a subway station. Restaurants and cafes were at close walking distance. Convenient store on hotel site.

We had made a reservation for 2 adults, 1 teen and expected 2 beds like mentionner in the reservation. When we checked in, they wanted to charge us for pillows and bed sheets for the second bed. We explained that the reservation clearly stated 2 beds but they did not want to hear it. And did not speak very good English which made things worst. Finally we compromised for a junior suite and paid extra anyway. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the subway and makes it very easy to travel in the city. Comfort is good but nothing special to mention. The bar on the 36th floor has a great view and high prices for more or less tasty european food and drinks.

We booked a junior suite for a couple with a child of 9. The confirmation of the booking mentioned one bed and one sofa bed. Still, when we entered the room, there was only one bed, and we were asked to pay for the supplementary sofa bed! If we wanted pillows etc. we needed to pay if not, our daughter could sleep on the sofa like they suggested... If you encounter this kind of situation in Korea, we learned that staying firm on your rights pays off if you can remain patient and repeat your point. So finally we got the sofa bed made up, but the sofa is hard as wood, so if you consider the junior suite to sleep with your family in this hotel, this is not the best option. Breakfast is average, almost no fresh fruit, only white industrial bread and watch out for their timing. When they say breakfast until 10 they add last order 9:30 so from 9:30 they start to clean the place... very uncomfortable, nothing specific of this hotel you will find this in every Korean hotel.

The only thing i didn't like was that we didn't have a smart tv in the room. At night we couldn't watch anything interesting on the TV. The channels available just play the same thing over and over again.

The area it was in was really great and the proximity to train stations was convenient. Loved how much interesting stuff was within a walking distance and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The actual location of the hotel sits at this crazy busy intersection that is just not a vibe. Walking distance to and from lots of awesome stuff and two main train stations but that intersection was wild and continually disheartening. Also hotel is a bit old. Nothing terrible but but nothing exciting either.

Location, room rate is okay. , comfy beds

Close to station. Clean. Had a coin laundry so could catch up with washing. Had is own convenience store underneath the hotel. Staff very helpful especially with organising taxis etc.

I liked everything.

Big room, latest room conditions but if you go to Semyeon where the hot place of Busan you must get a metro or taxi, this hotel is little far from there it takes around 20-30mins by walking.

Overall good but the one thing missing in this hotel that is no more place to eat. There is a convenience store next to hotel but it’s so so. Even the hotel restaurant sells food, it’s heavy and not light. If you think to eat something special you must go to Semyeon or other location where near with the hotel. Breakfast was so so, but I hope they could choose latte or cappuccino from coffee machine it would be great. Also I visited cafe in the hotel I ordered earl grey, but there’s no milk and sugar. Seriously? why there’s no milk and sugar with black tea?

staff is very friendly, they go out of their way to assist you. roof top and other restaurants are pretty decent and yum food

central air condition , in winters they dont work. we had to request for fans to put them in our room to sleep.

I think is the best hotel I ever stayed in Asia. Great location close to underground and bus stops (few minutes to Seomyeon by underground). The room was extra clean, really big and with great views (in my case, 21th floor). The bathroom is glorious. You must enjoy a beer or a dinner at the roof top lounge (36th floor). Breakfast was great, with korean and western food.
