You get what you paid for. Good location and nice facilities. Comfy and clean.

The people snoring in the room but that's not hostel's fault.

rooms were very clean and tidy. The sheets smelled so good. The people at the reception were very polite and friendly. The location is perfect.

Very close to the old town

In the kitchen on one of the upper floors, there was no electronic kettle, only gas kettle, but it is a minor thing. There was an electronic one lower in the dining room

Staff nice, and central location in the city. Large lockers both in rooms and for luggage storage.

Entrance down a dark alleyway and felt unsafe at night. No female only dorms available. Dirty sheets on the bed. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Did not feel safe or secure as young female travellers.

Playroom, chillroom are good, but the clubs for billiard are broken.

That's my 2d time staying at hostels while traveling for 3 years, and I had a great experience at Bureau. Good room, with a warm and cozy bed. I had a good sleep there. And the area is in the center, with many options for food, fun, and chill.

That's always a lottery, who will be your neighbors at a hostel. In my case, there were young people who came to hang out for the weekend, so the noise from their loud talks was also after 10 pm. But they got revenge from a family with kids who also talked loud at 7am :)

The worst stay in my trip usually when I rate a hotel, I look at the following points: 1- Location: to be fair, the location of the hotel is very good in the center of the city, however the old city of Zagreb is small and it doesn’t matter where you book in upper/lower towen, almost everything is within a walking distance. 2- Comfort: the beds feel like prison beds, very bad mattress quality, that is fine, but the pillows, I don’t know what to say, they need to be exchanged like 5 years ago, I couldn’t manage to get 2 hours straight sleep on those pillows. 3- Cleaness: it was ok, not obviously dirty, but also clearly won’t be your cleanest stay. 4- Staff: we met 3 of the staff during our stay, one of them was really trying to help and assisst, the other 2 just didn’t care. 5- Parking: Finding the parking was extremelt difficult in the midest of the busy streets, it took us 1 hour to find the parking, 45 minutes of them after reading the instruction they sent us on booking. 6- Value for money: really poor, with the same price you could book many hotels in the same area, I choosed this one for the parking, however there is a public parking in the city and it costs 10 Kuna per hour, I ended up parking our car there after check out, because one of the staff refused to let us stay until we leave the city. I would advice against booking this hostel. I really don’t understand how people give it a high rating, it’s one of the worst stays in my life.

It’s a very nice hostel just in the centre.

Clean atmosphere, good privacy in the rooms, quiet at night, great showers, equipped kitchen, great central location, and very helpful staff!

Not great social areas, but I still had good interactions with people.

No lift. Shower rooms not very clean. There was a lots of school age children on my floor, and they were very noisy. In front of the hostel there is a place where workmen are sawing, building etc from early hours, so this can wake you up. Some of the pictures are deceiving on booking.com
