The windows in the bathroom had no glass, only mosquito nets, which had big holes so bugs came in

No kitchen. Staff wasn't friendly . No air conditioning had to pay extra for one. She shower water flow was very poor . Vera was very friendly but the other desk employee was very rude.

Located about a 5 minute walk from the town center of Puerto Viejo, we loved coming back to the property and sitting outside in the beautiful garden. There are also two cats that live on property who warmed up to us very quickly. We are learning Spanish so it was a relief to be greeted at the front desk in English. The tile work throughout the cabinas property is beautiful, and the outdoor showers were perfect after a day at the beach!

The safe in our room was not operational, and our pillows were uncomfortable. We both had sore backs towards the end of our stay. We also were startled awake to someone pacing outside our window in the middle of the night.

Jungle vibes, host was very nice, internet is 15mbps which is very good compared to hostels. Location is great. Overhead ceiling in the room.

Yoga instructor was not available, although this is just a timing thing.
