Very pathetic hotel ; They overcharge you from the price mentioned on voucher . 50 % more to the booking amount printed on the voucher. I strongly High light the property need to be de listed from the website . As it creates a very bad impression for booking.com to have the dodge hotel in the list.

I did not like anything about the hotel. The photos uploaded on the Booking.com website is different compared to actual rooms given to us. I guess the officials should verify the rooms after every couple of months to check the status of the room.

I booked the hotel via booking.com but I got a confirmation message from OYO which was very confusing. If I had to book on OYO then why would I book through booking.com. When I booked I had already made the complete payment and it was confirmed by the hotel management on chat as well via booking.com. when I reached at the property, the receptionist was asking for more money as per their system records which was not right. When I called the OYO executive he said he can't do much but he can transfer me to some other hotel which was not at all convenient. After heated arguement the receptionist agreed to give me the room which was very different than the photos uploaded on the website. Highly unsatisfied.

They are making fool out of their customers. I traveled around 3 km and after reaching there they told us that this is not the hotel. The one which you are looking for is no longer there and you have to pay around 2500 for the room.

First of all, the entry was denied based on the booking made. They refused to accept the booking and charged us 3 times the price claiming that the booking was made in the company that used to run the place prior to the existing royce studio. the revious one was royce studio "Apartments" and hence they don't accept bookings made against Royce studio "Apartments".

the room had no clean bedsheets and neither was the room cleaned. AC wasn't functional and neither does the staff pick up phone in case you need water or food at your room. they charged us 3000 per room per night with this pathetic service.
