The beds were a bit too hard, breakfast was very rigid, with no flexibility, more bread? No. Juice? No.

Exceptionally friendly staff. The lady at the reception when we arrived late in the evening made an effort to speak slowly and clearly as our Spanish is very basic. We got two extra blankets because it was a cold night and in general she did her best to make us feel comfortable.

The WiFi was a bit patchy in the room but those are first world problems aren't they. Good WiFi elsewhere.

Staff at the front desk not friendly. I booked a room with one bed (king size I believe) and got one with three beds because they overbooked. I was told that they did not update it with booking.com.

The hotel grounds were spectacular. If I stayed longer I would have loved to try the pool. Mostly, it felt like a more expensive hotel than the $60 that I paid. The included breakfast was basic (small), but they were very happy to allow substitutions based upon my dietary restrictions.

Abusive and undisclosed "hotel policies" turned what would have been a great stay into a mediocre experience. The Hotel refused to open my bottle of wine, and eventually told me that I was not allowed to drink my wine in my room (or anywhere on the hotel premises). That despite the hotel's restaurant literarily having a wall of wine bottles. I reviewed the "Hotel Policy" link on the Booking.com website, and of course it is not there. (See picture for the complete list, in Spanish, of these extra restrictions.) Rule #5 also prohibits bringing food, snacks or even bottled water that you bought elsewhere into the hotel. Ridiculous.

The room was super clean, the hotel it’s aesthetically pleasing and it’s close to everything.

The Pool looks dirty and the breakfast it’s super limited, no many options. The staff could’ve been more useful and help us when needed.

The hotel is lacated in the center , 7 min walk fron the lake. The rooms are big and clean. We ended staying there for 4 nights. Breakfast is very basic.

Located right in the middle of Panajachel close to markets and the Lake docks. Property features a beautiful well maintained garden and cute pool. The rooms are well appointed and the shower is divine.

The rooms are spacious (we had a triple room), the beds are large and comfortable. The location of this property is amazing, just on the main road of Panajachel (Calle Santander), so it's very easy to get any bar or restaurant within a couple of minutes walking. There are plenty of shops in that area as well. There is a swimming pool and there are beach-chairs around it, so it's perfect to relax there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The day we reached they gave us a room, but when we went to the room they were still cleaning it (even if the checkin hour had already passed), stating that they had done some fumigations. In the end they gave us another room, and I did not really understand why they had not given us that room from the very start. This was in any case a very minor inconvenience. However, it seems that either due to those fumigations or because they had issues with bugs, every morning, in the breakfast area (restaurant terrace) there were a lot, but a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. What bothered us was the fact that the staff did not bother to clean those, they only did it after we asked them. It is a bit disgusting to eat on a bed of cockroaches after all.

Nice hotel. Big, comfy and clean room. The breakfast is good a lot of choice. Good location and the pier to take the public boat is a 5 minute walk away.

Great location with on-site parking. Helpful friendly staff and a great breakfast. It's definitely a nice place to stay at overall :)

WiFi didn't reach our room and was pretty poor everywhere. Pool had a lot of dead insects and hair etc floating in it, which was a bit off-putting.
