Fully equipped apartment, comfortable bed.

Location was truly disappointing. It was not stated in the property description that the apartment is situated on the first floor in a gateway house between two streets with full of little shops and bistros. One of the shops/bistros was right beneath the bedroom. Therefore, it was very noisy from early morning until late evening. In addition, due to the strong smell from cooking, it's almost impossible to air the rooms during the day. As we couldn't sleep and rest well, we had to move out and find another accommodation.

The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. It is quite quiet at night. It is furnished beautifully and very clean, too. The location is perfect, very central and with a 24/7 supermarket a short distance away. Cesar, the owner greeted us when we arrived, which we really appreciated. He gave us lots of info, booked a taxi to the airport for us and was available via phone if we needed him. We felt super taken care of!

This was the most amazing property we could’ve asked for during our 4 night stay in Madrid. Location: The apartment is literally in the heart of Gran Via, yet felt entirely safe and not too noisy, as it is tucked away in a corridor that gets locked at night. It was two minutes away from all the best shopping and is central to all you may want to explore in Madrid. We only used an Uber once during our stay, as everything was in an easy 15 min walk from the property Attention to detail & functionality: The guest apartment was stocked with things that made you feel as if you were in a luxury boutique hotel- beautifully presented slippers, robes, even individually wrapped loofahs for your use. Toiletries from shaving cream to cotton swabs to dry shampoo were abundant among the shelves, and the coffee bar was full of options for even the pickiest of cafe drinkers. Hospitality: The owner, Cesar, was the most welcoming and accommodating host. He had gifts ready upon our arrival- wine, non dairy milk, orange juice, chips, etc. He manages multiple larger properties in Madrid and the experience and attention to detail absolutely shows. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have stumbled upon this property for our trip and I guarantee you will feel the same should you choose to stay on Gran Via. We look forward to coming back as soon as possible and will look no further than this stay as our number one choice. Grateful to Cesar and his wife!

We stayed 5 nights in an apartment D snd we loved it. The place is fabulous,extremely clean and very well equipped. The owner is helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend it.

The location was the best, can't get any more centre than this! anything you need and all main attractions are in a very short walking distance. never felt more at home than this time!

The location is central and perfect, just tucked off a busy pedestrian area. Our host was amazing, very supportive, great service and excellent communication. The property is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. So much attention to detail, lovely quality and many generous extras e.g. toiletries, cakes and wine! Fabulous place, would definitely stay here again.
