it was clean and private and quite comfortable (rooms and beds) located in a nice place, quick walk from the main action beach and food street. hornbill feeding just down the road. pool was nice on the top floor so there was a great view.

they try their best but the quality of the build is really worn out, air conditioners weren’t really cold, window was cracked, swimming pool had many broken tiles, front counter had tiles all popped off, really quite dangerous for the children. at least pool water looked clean.

the room is clean, the staff also very nice, the pool was amazing

use of swimming pool as advertised until 8.00 pm, but we were asked to leave at 7.00 pm, air conditioning in the room was not cold, battery for the air cond remote was dead

walking distance to the beach.

the coridor light can be brighter please keep bottled water outside instead of inside the fridge

it’s near to the beach and well maintained

receptionist was very cold and didn’t help us when checking out to get a cab. Due to year end rush the cab situation was very bad but still he stood as unconcerned as possible.

The aircond was water dripping and not cold. There Was Cockroach in about three i kill and maybe of it i got allergic you should improve some of it please and thank you

Nice rooftop pool with descent view. Can watch hornbill feeding while enjoying pool with kids. Enough space to stay with kids, high water pressure even at 2nd floor. Walking distance to the happening teluk nipah.

The staff are friendly & helpful, the room was clean, the towels smell good.
