Really good stay overall, probably the best in Baden if you’re there for a couple of days. Central location, clean rooms.

Room 44 does not have any lamp that can be put close to the bed. This is inconvenient because the only light switch is near the entrance, not the bed. There is also no electricity plug close to the bed, and no extension cord I could find. so you cannot reach your charting phone from the bed.

A bit noisy

I arrived at around 21:15 to the hotel to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. Naturally, I was rather annoyed. There was shaved hair all over the bathroom sink and skid marks in the toilet, wrappers and crumbs left on the side, cigarette buds laying around and even a pair of old boxers in the bin. Thats just a few issues. It was really filthy, and I contemplated finding somewhere else to stay, but the main problem was that it was already quite late. I also contemplated also cleaning myself, but there were no cleaners cupboards I could access or clean sheets. I thought about these options while waiting for the host to respond, because the situation made me very anxious and upset about what to do. I didn't want to stay in this room, but there were not really other options....The host finally got back and apologised to me, and in fairness sent a cleaner around very quickly. However, they also promised to send me a refund, if I got in-touch with Booking. But when I did that, even showing Booking the text they wrote me, the host refused to refund me (see messages). This is perhaps the most annoying part - they made a promise to refund me for a mistake (fair enough) and then went back on their word. Thats pretty disgusting customer service if you ask me. In addition, the room was insanely loud because its situated above restaurants/bars which seem to be open until at-least midnight. I closed the window because it was so loud, but then it got crazy hot. There was supposedly some climate control which I tried to program using a panel on the wall, but it did nothing. In addition, the room also mentioned it had an oven and a fridge freezer, but there was neither. Perhaps they come in some of the bigger rooms, but not this smaller one. Anyway, don't advertise that something is available, if it's not. Thats just lying. I did also intend to actually use these facilities, and ended up throwing some food away because I wasn't able.

The entrance wasn’t great…container of dirty laundry. Not at all appealing, better to go through restaurant. Small detail…with great toiletries provided, a box of Kleenex always a good idea

The room has everything you need in a small space. It is in the center of the town.

The floor was not clean at all, The curtain was not fixed properly. The kitchen's air evacuation passes in the wall next to the bed and makes noise during the day

Perfect location, excellent WiFi, easy to access. Comfortable bed, clean snow white bed linen.

The room was not clean. Food stains found in kichen and on desk. Dust in the closet on the shelf. I felt a bit icky and uncomfortable as the room felt dirty to me.

In the middle of the city. Easy access.

For no stuff the price is a little to high.

There's no reception.

The room was elegantly furnished and decorated and very clean. Little kitchen had everything I needed during my stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine :) There was a washing machine upstairs.

Room was supposed to be sound proof, but it wasn't. There was a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring rooms and outside from the street, especially during the weekend. I had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Perfect location no transport required.

The property is in the heart of Baden - it was a 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants. It was clean and cosy. It had everything you need

The TV didn’t work and I didn’t get the air condition to work. Although you can call the property hotline 24/7 I did not like it that there was no person you could go to and ask.

I'd rate it 7.5/10 for getting exactly what I paid for. A place to rest, bathe and sleep. Located a few steps from the Stadtturm (city tower) it's a perfect central and vibrant location. Just a few metres from the shopping avenue and another several meters from the hiking trail that starts from the ruined castle Baldegg. I mainly used it to lodge, since I'm out most of the day either hiking, or visiting other towns; cities and villages. Note: It can get noisey at night since it's above a couple restaurants; there's no air conditioner, so if you don't mind the noise at night, just crack open the window. Also, the laundry room is just outside your room. Goodness, the only negative thing I have to say about this place is the WiFi speed! It's slower than the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. Get a sim card, for FCH 20 you get unlimited 5G data for 7 days. I can't really rate the staff, since checking in and out is self-service.

The location of the hotel is just perfect thinking of accessibility to restaurants, shops, parks, museums, train station, bus stops, trails etc. Nobody bothered me during my 4-night stay. The kitchen is well equipped.

The hotel is located close to the dozens of restaurants and on Friday and Saturday nights dozens of hundreds of people were shouting until 4AM!!!! I wasn't able to sleep even with the ear plugs. There in no air-conditioner in the room (it's a fan in the room). So you can't just close the window, turn the A/C on and enjoy at least a bit of silence.

The toilet is closed with a glass door, not ideal if you want a bit of privacy. The room is quite small
