Room was fair and warm. Bed was comfortable
Not the room I requested, moved bedside table and found dirt, rubbish & pieces of glass. Toilet brush just sat on floor, no holder for it, stain on quilt cover. Requested extra pillows, not only were none provided but my request for them and a certain room was not even acknowledged

The room was used for contractors hadn't been turned around probably no light in bedroom used bottle of shower gel left in shower no hairdryer

Disgusted with the fact the guy was drinking on my arrival and I didn’t realise how much, I’m absolutely fuming, just got woke up by the guy trying to get in my room at 3am because he forgot that he checked me in because he’d had to much beer.
Room was freezing with no heating on, no hair dryer to even help warm myself up, shower was poor and it stated BATHROOM NOT SHOWER ROOM, was looking forward to a bath, bed poorly made and the ceiling light doesn’t even work, nothing matches.
I’ve stopped in a lot of hotels being every week in fact but this one!! Never again, wouldn’t book it for an actual pig for the night

The rooms were secure and tidy. The staff was excellent and checkin easy.
The carpet smelled like urine.

Check in was very easy and there is secure parking which is a bonus! ☺️

Beds were very uncomfortable, and also rooms could do with mini fridges to keep a little food in.

Smelt damp and felt wet, was not clean, shower filled up so had 3 mins of on and off warm water max.

It wasn’t clear when booking that my room didn’t have a bathroom - it didn’t feel safe to leave my room and use the communal bathroom at night- it wasn’t clear the room wasn’t dog friendly whilst other parts were - I could also hear other people clearly when in my room

Room small but ok, Did not expect or need parking. Breakfast - there was none only a kitchen available to make your own.
I have not used a guest house for several years but had not anticipated it being 'unmanned'. I did find this a bit disconcerting.

No hanging baskets and garden, like the photos showed. Just hand wash on shower room. Dirty shower head and shower cubicle.
Not worth £54.10 need a refund.
These photos are of the bathroom and bedroom. Didn't find a way out to the suppose garden. Very unhappy.

Self contained room with own facilities - bathroom, raw and coffee, tv.
No parking . Limited parking offsite.

Absolutely fine for our 1 night stay - clean - en suite bathroom - little internal courtyard with seating and a kitchen area that was available and inside table for eating (we did not use). The host was very pleasant.
There was no parking (when I booked it said parking available - Yes arranged for a £5 fee) we managed to park in the road opposite but I feel Booking.com needs to be clear - whenever I book anywhere I always tick the parking. The whole place was clean but is getting tired!

Location was ideal. Access to the property was great.
The hall landing carpet was soaked. This was uncomfortable. There was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom.

We didn't like being out in a converted shed TV on the blink and could only get one channel intermittently ☹
Ok put the didn't like in the wrong place but also wasn't given a key code until 5pm and was waiting in the rain for an hour to get into the property, staff unavailable and invisible!
