Great location, very comfortable and warm house. Super shower.

check in time was changed less than 36 hours before we we due to travel so I got a message declining our check in time - I was worried our booking had been cancelled so needed a couple of phone calls. Not great.

Great location just yards from local amenities and great views...cottage well equipped with everything and more you would need...cosy and warm and lots of space...

Good location - close to town centre. Pleasant accomodation.

No Loo Roll? Value for money? Not brilliant. Pleasant house in excellent location but extremely expensive for a 2 bedroom cottage.

We loved the location of the Cottage and the cottage itself was very comfortable and has everything we needed for our weekend stay.

The communication from the host before check in was non existent, I had to telephone Cottages.com on the day we arrived to obtain the check on details and for the code to open the key safe, so we could enter the cottage.

Cottage was in a great position in town everything in walking distance went on some great walks social distancing in Keswick was well organised very enjoyable holiday.

Should have been notified washing machine wasn’t working ,would have taken more clothes ,key box was not locking to leave keys on departure tried all numbers on booking form as we had to leave early for hospital appointment so ended up after 1 hour of trying to contact someone we put keys in envelope with a note through office door tried ringing all the way home to no avail to check they had keys , rang booking when we got home and asked them to contact office our stay was great as lakes are our favourites holidays .

Position close to town centre , parking at the rear but very tight space to enter and exit . As it says SMALL car parking so be warned !

Double bed on top floor and not on same floor as bath room with awkward stairs with low headroom at the top ! Cheap looking electric fire in living room.
