Clean, tidy and welcoming

The glass bathroom surround was off putting.

Got my room key 221 . Was then told I was 2 floors up with no lift and 2 heavy bags. In the room, 2 tea bags only to do all day, 1 bathroom hook behind bathroom door, poor shower, no shelves for toiletries , no shelves in shower. No grab handle for a big shower. Underneath bed hadn't been hoovered, sweet pkt, confetti etc..

Hotel was comfortable, nice pool, steam room etc. Friendly atmosphere. Toastie sandwiches in the bar really good although service very slow.

For the price I paid I felt I should have had breakfast included or a bigger room. Room was bijoux! Buffet dinner was OK - could have been better. Food service in the bar very slow, even for a cup of coffee. A group of us went together - there was a price difference between each person, even though booking through booking.com. Some had breakfast for the price I paid, some paid more than me and still had a very small room - bearing in mind I booked a good bit before some of these people.

Everything ok,didn’t get to try the pool, didn’t get to try breakfast flight to early,so handy for the airport .

When we arrived the weather was icy,better non slip entrance, May be non slip matting.

객실이 너무좁았고, 복도가 많고 엄청 복잡해서 호텔내 수영장에서 객실까지 이동하기가 매우 오래걸렸어요. 특이하게도 체크아웃하는날 조식비용을 1인당 22유로씩 결제했어요. 이건 미리 어디에도 공지되지 않았던 내용이라 조금 기분이 나쁩니다.

Noisy guest in adjoining room which the hotel knew about but could sort out.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were great. The breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious

It was very noisy late at night into the early hours. People running up and down the corridor kept us awake

There was a mistake with our booking. We had booked 2 twin rooms but instead got a family room with 2 double beds. For 4 adult females this was disappointing.

Convenient location close to the airport and good value for money. Nice, specious room and good WiFi. Stayed only one night, catching the plane the next morning, so have not used the facilities to full extent, but I can imagine that the restaurant on the premises is a big bonus.

Room was wonderful, clean and inviting. Dinner was great!

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant on site (delicious steak pie). Easy on site parking. Sauna was good temperature and the pool was also nice. The quality of spa facilities brings the UK national standard.

Lovely breakfasts and comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in most respects.

There was no warning that they were expecting a lot of people on the weekend who had pre booked the restaurant and that spaces to eat were going to be limited. We tried to book but we were told that we could eat in our room. We had a small room and space for one to eat at the table so that was a non starter. Sadly it was a very stormy, wet night and all the Just Eat and Deliveroo were also booked until very late at night. We ended up getting extremely wet and walking to the Chinese restaurant around the corner.

Sauna & steam was very nice

The gym was very small & lacking equipment.

loved the bar and restaurant and the breakfast area, never got to see the pool abd spa but I booked because of them being there.

I was there for a Doctor’s visit in Glasgow, but normally I’d book in an area with more green spaces/less built up area. However, I would come back!

Room was had a smell of dog. Staff didn't ask how our stay was at check out. I last stayed here pre covid and couldn't fault it. Was a bit disappointed.

Room was far too warm/hot. Fan was too noisy. And with window open was very noisy next to the road. The en-suite had glass walls… if I’d been with my wife then I would have likely complained and requested a different room. Between the window frosting you can see the toilet from the bed….

everything bout it was absolutely lovely and the staff was very nice and welcoming and also the house keeping people do a very fabulous service job as well
