Great location, walking distance from the port. Super friendly and helpful staff

If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. We had loud neighbors on the phone late at night and we could hear everything, as well as people walking on the woodboard. The equipment and amenities were fine but overall I thought that the hotel is very overpriced

The location, facilities, room, services, etc. Everything was perfect, more than we expected. And of course the staff was wonderful. They made it even better made us fell like home.

Maybe wifi can be better but only in the rooms where signal is poor. Nothing more to complain about.

子供が小さいく自由な性格なので心配していましたがスタッフの方の気配りで家族全員が充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

宿泊時期が冬なのと、テント内はどうしても気密が良く無いので性能の良いエアコンでも少し寒く感じました。サウナの後はぽかぽかだったのでお部屋に毛布が常備してあると有り難いかなと思いました！

Such a cool concept and great units. The staff (Sonoko especially) were all amazing.

The property was lovely & clean, & in a stunning location.

The communication was very poor, the young girl who worked at reception was very kind & lovely- but the rest of the staff didn’t seem to care about their guests at all. The food was very basic & completely overpriced.

Not much to complain although would be perfect if… The black out curtains are improved. A small gap at the top of the blackout curtain prevented from getting a good night sleep. But forces you to wake up early and get outside to enjoy the perfect scenery by the beach. Wonderful sauna facility designed by a famous architect Kengo Kim’s. We had trouble sleeping with mosquitoes inside the yurt. And despite having a good working air conditioner, it gets too hot in the morning with blazing sunlight directly hitting the transparent ocean view window of the yurt. Maybe the forest view is better for folks who likes to sleep in a bit late to catch the museum opening time.

The staff at Sana Mane, were fantastic. it was our first clamping experience and it was great. Loved the Sauna, a master piece.
