We liked the location at Agio Stefanos. Mykonos with a flair of local. A bit quieter than the hype of Chora but close enough to get to. The food was also really good.
The fact that you had to get a taxi to the New Port (a 5min walk away but the road is very busy)

My wife Karmin and I would like to thank the entire staff of the exquisite Grace Mykonos for their grace, kindness, and hospitality. We were greeted warmly by the Hotel GM Vasilis and his team when we arrived and they patiently walked us through the hotel amenities and provided a detailed overview of Mykonos. A good omen of things to come!
The views are incomparable, and the classy pool area provides a paradise to look at the sea below, enjoy drinks and light snacks, and relax in the sun. Evi, the restaurant manager, was such a delight! The spa is gorgeous and Martha is an expert masseuse, we highly recommend.
We thank the entire hotel team for their gracefulness and professionalism. Thank you Evri, Olga, Savvis, Martha, Marcus, George, Evi, Matthew, Tasos, and great housekeeping by Maltina, Eirini, and Natalia!
We recommend Grace Mykonos with highest enthusiasm and look forward to a return visit in the future!

it’s well located (around 10 minutes from the city center by car) and a beautiful small hotel
small details during the stay make me feel that wasn't a boutique hotel, such as offering the transfer and informing you that you have to pay only after confirming (and the hotel charges more than a private driver, so there is no benefit if you book anything with the hotel as a customer).
We stayed for 2 days only, and we sent a few requests in advance to fully enjoy the room for 2 days, but unfortunately, they forgot and it was only done on the last day of the trip (such as heating the private pool), they also turn off the “jacuzzi” system after 10 pm.
Plus, charging for bottles of water, etc.

The staff is super welcoming and always willing to help. There is a garage for your rental. Breakfast are great, view is great, and the location is great too (10min to the town)
Rooms are nice, cozy, and well furnished. Nice little balcony allowed us to have sea view, and dry our belongings during the day. Bathroom is large and well maintained.
Hotel has an elevator which is super convenient for all folks. Pool is great and seating besides was super comfortable.
Transportation offered by the hotel itself were expansive for what it felt it was worth.
Tours offered by the hotel felt overpriced and lacked explanation to something we felt did not match what we were sold.

The food manager was the absolute best thing about the hotel. He made sure every meal was special. He spent time getting to know us and what we needed.
The room type included a plunge pool which left a lot to be desired. Additionally we were left stranded downtown due to the reception not following through on coordinating transportation as they confirmed they would.

Friendly staff - clean rooms
Poor breakfast, no restaurant for the evening, poor setting by the road
4.5
Beautiful reception area, very clean, staff lovely.
The view was over a roof and a road to the sea, the pool and surrounding area was very small. The restaurant was closed and there was only one nice restaurant in walking distance which was booked the second time we tried. The bar wasn't open in the evening so nowhere to sit and get a drink

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. It has road between it and the beach. You look out over a parking lot and scrub land to the sea. We thought a little pricey for what you get.
4.5
Staff were helpful to help us organise a car and complimentary transfer to the port. Toiletries were very nice.
I was disappointed with our stay in Grace Mykonos. The room was very small and photos led us to believe it would be okay. We didn't expect a large room but we could barely move in the cramped room and was not suitable for a couple. The room stated a balcony but that could not even hold one person. The chairs on the balcony couldn't be moved as they were wedged into their supposed balcony. Their pool only had ten loungers which was very hard to find a spot. We ended up at a lot of beaches instead. The breakfast was satisfactory but not filling. I do believe there to be larger rooms but avoid the "Deluxe Double Room" as it was far from deluxe. I honestly was puzzled by the rave reviews as I couldn't see the hype.

The hotel was very welcoming and friendly from the start.
It was peaceful and I felt very at home there.
Breakfast could have been more varied. Charging for Latte was a bit much I thought. Some sort of granola would have been welcomed

Clean with super friendly staff
Nothing.
Slight issue with bed but swiftly swapped into another room for second night.

good location, generally friendly staff, the manager was eventually helpful
the air-conditioner in the room was not working, the staff seemend to be making excuses that it was very hot and they were having power cuts to suggest it was working. after attempts by an engineer to remove the casing, I noticed another family were being given a room that was cold and had airconditioning . on questioning I was advised it was a less expensive room and we were after my persistence given a room with functional air-conditioning and a refund of 50 euros offered, The chefs in the restraunt took a long while to get our additional orders and we eventually gave up and walked away. Way too expensive for the hotel offers!

The staff are super friendly. They do a free collection and drop off service for the day you arrive and leave ( if the timing works out ). You get a glass of prosecco/champagne on arrival. The spa treatments are nice and ok priced if you book on your arrival and get the discount ( although hotel guests should just get the discount anyway, as it seems pushy to only have a chance to get the discount on arrival and it would persuade people to get more treatments later in the week once they know how they feel or after a boozy night). They give you a bottle of water a day, and coffee capsules. The concierge made a lot of bookings for us and calls on our behalf. Because the island costs are so high you can only feel bad for the fact they have to deal with such high prices themselves to live and enjoy the island. The cocktails at the bar are nice and the restaurant food was not bad. There is a new restaurant ( Nostros ) 3 mins walk from the hotel and their food and everything are great... probably some of the best value for money and quality food we had on the island, it elevated our stay being very near to it. And the beach is literally 3mins walk too which has 2 tavernas on it and sun loungers, these are cheaper than the other more bouji beaches where sun loungers range from €70 to €150 for the day ( yup just to lay on a lounger ).
The hotel is in a quieter spot of the island ( ignoring the sounds of the giant cruise ships ) its peaceful there. The rooms are nice ( although a bit outdated in appearance ) - the shower/bath etc are nice and the products you get with it are lovely.
Location is quite close to the port, so your view to the left is often absolutely massive cruise ships stopped at the port and then some off the coast, they are a huge eyesore and were there almost the entirety of our stay. The picture of the pool shown on this site doesn't give an accurate representation of the view, sure if you're at the back of the pool - but from the front it's not that pretty right now with the boats and what I write below.
In front of the hotel before the beach it's old shut down restaurant and dilapidated space an old carpark, and a place where people have just dumped things, which is the first thing you see if you leave the hotel by foot to get to the beach. Naturally these aren't anything the place can do about themselves, but you have no idea this is what it's going to be like and something should be done for this hotel to be considered as highly on a list as it is.
The island is expensive, but for a minimum transfer taxi, no matter the distance to be €40 ( even if just a 5 min drive for the 2 of us ) it's crazy money, and because of the area the hotel is in, which is nice if you just want to stay around that area, it's not easy to get anywhere unless you hire a car or risk the random timing of a normal cab ( there are 34 on the entire island and it will often take 30-60 mins to get one ) - with this taxi it is €15 to little Venice vs €40. This said - if you are a group this hotel is good as the split cost of the transfer taxis ( they can fit 7 and are these awesome party buses ) is cheap. But as a couple unless hiring a car (€70 a day) You end up paying a lot on transportation alone as its not near any of the spots you may want to go visit.
The breakfast isn't great value for money, and very little care is given to the presentation or quantity of food, around the corner from the hotel we found a new restaurant called Nostros where the food is amazing and great value for money.

We liked the staff, how clean the suite was, the welcoming drinks, and the location.
I would have liked if they extended their room service after 5 pm. You cannot order any food or drinks after that which seemed a bit odd.

The view is perfect, location is a very short walk down to the beach and two tavernas. Break was absolutely superb, The place is beautiful, warm and gorgeous pool and very clean. Best was Christina but everybody was so nice and helpful with our 2 year old!
The shallow part of the pool floor is very sharp little stones and we got a few bloody scratches from there. Otherwise no complaints !

The view from the room was great and the staff were very respectful.
The wait for the elevators is quite long as I would frequently go from the 4th floor to the parking and vice versa.

Exceptional delicious breakfast and lunch.
Lovely staff, very helpful and professional.
Very nice bedroom and bathroom, nicely decorated.
Amazing view of the sea and Mykonos old port. A really plus to our stay.
Extremely clean hotel.
Busy narrow and busy road to get there, can be dangerous to walk there with kids.
The upper mattress was somewhat too hard for me but it is a personal opinion.

Amazing hospitality from the very beginning until the end of our stay! This was our first accommodation on Mykonos to kick off our honeymoon. The hotel arranged our transport from the ferry port, free of charge and we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. Away from the bustle of Mykonos Old Port but close enough to get to with ease, Grace Hotel is right in front of Agios Stefanos Beach, walking distance to car/atv/scooter rental and an amazing spot for dinner Limnios Tavern (reccos from the hotel). Breakfast served each morning was amazing, with warm welcomes from the restaurant manager, Christina and all the waitresses. Our room had a great view of the ocean, spacious and clean. This hotel was non-pretentious, charming and all-around a fantastic start to our honeymoon.

Thank you for the wonderful time at the Grace Mykonos! The staff was more than friendly, helpful and nice. Also, each morning, at breakfast, Christina, Christina and their colleagues spoiled us with delicious food and an imecable service. The pool area is calm and relaxing. Also the reception and consierge service was awesome. Great people, very clean rooms and impecable service!

Nobel Prize staff, Oscar breakfast, great view from upper level rooms, close to beach, restaurants, port.
A bit noisy from trafic if you are staying at lower level rooms.

The room we stayed was the Double Deluxe with own plunge pool, which I would recommend as the outdoor space is spacious, you have your own lounge chair and small table and spa pool in your own private space. The restaurant encouraged room service (due to COVID) which meant we had our breakfast delivered to our own private balcony each morning and we enjoyed the views of pool and ocean. The food at the pool bar was good. The hotel offer a complimentary shuttle from 7pm to midnight into 'town' but this only takes you to the old port so you then need to walk approximately 10 minutes into the town centre. There is a bus at the bottom of the road which you can catch into town and a schedule at each bus stop. We did receive a free shuttle on one of the days in the morning, but this was only due to the driver not having scheduled arrival pick ups. The small beach across from the hotel was great and not as busy as the other larger beaches at the south of the island. You had the option of two restaurants and to hire a deck chair for £5 each with an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay at Grace Hotels and the hotel was clean and had great facilities (e.g. a gym/spa - which we we saw but did not use).

The staff were all just fantastic!! Dimitros and his team Christina and Delos in the restaurant/bar were just excellent and so helpful ... as well all the staff - lovely people and so welcoming.
