We got married in Hoi An & all our family & friends stayed at Silkotel. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating to everyone, even providing us with a surprise wedding cake. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old town but far enough away to have a peaceful oasis. We stayed in a villa which was large and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. Excellent vale for money. The staff were very friendly. The pools were very enjoyable after a day in the hot climate. We would stay here again.

i think the fitness centre has plenty of space if arranged better but should provide water. the bath/shower combo was not ideal for me but plenty of hot water.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with lots of tips about what to do during our short stay in Hoi An. The location was ideal for visiting the old town about 5 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Nothing to dislike. Would stay here again.

hoi an itself is a must see the ancient buildings and the chilled out vibe is so relaxing it’s far from the hussle and bustle of hanoi and hcm .. the hotel is within walking distance from most activities but a grab is handy if u need to go further a field the hotel offers free bikes we used these to cycle to the beach also umbrellas are provided in the rain .. breakfast was good nice fresh fruit bread pastries and an egg station and plenty of local food if u want something more wholesome .. pool table a nice addition to pass the time and the pool did look nice however there was no sun and I didn’t venture down this route .. the gym is very outdated and basic but u can lift the odd weight and walk on the treadmill to make the heart work … the boats and lanterns at night are a treat for the eyes and would recommend the cooking class and coconut boat.

there were limited hot food options for our breakfast taste in the morning so make sure u like eggs and bread … there were also a colony of little ants in our room unfortunately it was hard no to think about them though they were mostly above the headboard and in the bathroom around the sink we did inform reception and they sent maintenance to spray the area but I don’t think it got rid of them fully .. other then the overcast weather and rain and lack of sun I would say we had a great time here

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was very good.

The rooms / whole hotel was built in a way such that sound really, really, really travels. We were woken up several nights by noisy guests from several rooms away as well as guests stomping through the corridors as part of an early check out.

we had a garden room which was a lovely size & clean, but smelt damp/musty had no mastic round bath so water just went down the edges behind the bath.

Difficult to find the driver at the airport pickup, the name was written quite faintly and the driver was not standing in a prominant place. Other than that everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel, very central. Only a short walk from the centre. Clean and very helpful staff.

There are a few rooms which don’t have an outdoor view. We unfortunately had one of them.

Loved this hotel! The location was great, the rooms were super comfortable, the staff spoke proper English and their free bike rental was such a great help. the pool was amazing too, both of the pools

Breakfast quality and options were really poor, felt a little soulless, could hear noise from other rooms really loudly through adjoining doors, gym had no aircon or towels and cleaners kept pushing for us to switch off lights when done

the city is lovely and romantic. the hotel ia really close to the old town. you can take a bike tour or just walk around

one of the days was heavily raining and the hotel is right on the flooding area. you need to take a boat to move on and out. but the hotel is paying only for 1 exit per stay. it was an adventure but not sure all will like it.
