For New Orleans I guess the location was good!
The beds were comfortable, the apartment was nice!
I’m not a fan of New Orleans, I went along cause everyone else was! So

Awesome location. Walking distance to the streetcar, across the street from a market, lots of restaurants within a few blocks.

great location. you can walk everywhere. there’s a grocery store across the street and great restaurants/venues nearby. clean property!
windows facing street had gaps in them and it was noisy, but well heated (it was cold outside when we stayed)

I liked how everything was close, I loved how the inside was nice and cleaned the property was lovely

It was a cool location, close to great food and bus stops to take you to other parts of the city. The place itself was adequately furnished and the beds comfortable for getting a good rest. There are plenty of windows to make it feel nice and bright.
While I personally like the “white noise” of traffic, this apartment is not sound proofed. You will hear traffic and your neighbors in the hallway.

That we had only one room and the owner was disrespectful

The beds were comfortable that was the only pleasant thing about the stay for the amount of money we had to pay
Smoke alarm missing. Linen in bath room not clean.Furniture falling apart.refrigarator dirty. Back door needs weather stripping. Apartment was hot upon arrival didnt cool off for a whole day due to overcast in the weather. A toilet underneath stairs at back entry total eye sore. Garbage Dumpster area needs to be cleaned at back entry smelled very bad.

The location
The tv and cable didn’t work, I told the property manager came out the first night then I didn’t hear from him

Feret apartment was in an excellent location for uptown Mardi Gras parades and was on a street with lots of cafe and restaurants. Very comfortable living space with what was needed for a short stay. Clean on arrival with towels and basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.
Hot water in shower didn’t last very long and couldn’t reach anyone for questions about internet.

It’s was very clean & spacious. Also in a nice area. We loved it.
