We had 3 days of rain and the lounge area was good to rest. The deluxe dormitory was confortable.

In the morning it wasnt always spot clean.

I took the room with a view of Mount Fuji and it was just as I expected with a clear view of Mount Fuji in early morning

Had to pay a token fee of 500yen for parking since I didn’t book via the website

非常喜歡這間旅館，員工英文都很好(有一個愛爾蘭人、日本員工)能用英文溝通交流沒有問題，從晚上從新宿到河口湖搭車，抵達已經超過22點了，但和旅館聯繫時，旅館先幫我準備好錀匙和房卡，讓我能方便入住，真的很貼近觀光客。旅館一走出去就可以看富士山、交誼廳的窗景也能看到富士山、而且花園整理得好漂亮，旅館的二樓可以上去，開放可以在頂樓的陽台，看日出和夕陽的富士山，用超值的價格看到富士山，真的好友善。而且還有腳踏車可以租借，讓我可以騎著腳踏車在河口湖到處逛風景，真的很喜歡。

Everything was good. The washing machine, the kitchen, the restroom, etc.

I don't think they were any lockers, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

Allt var topp! Magiskt utsikt över fuji från rummet (både från balkong/säng), sköna futonmadrasser och jättefluffigt täcke. Traditionellt japanskt rum, superfint och stort rum!! Största vi haft under vår 3 veckors resa i Japan. Vi sov som kungar! Vi bokade rummet med egen toalett så det var skönt men de gemensamma toaletterna ute i korridoren såg också bra ut. Hotellet hade även en fin takterass som man får klättra ut på genom ett fönster, perfekt för soluppgång/solnedgång om man vill komma lite högre upp än från sin egna balkong. Gratis kaffe bjöd de också på dygnet runt! Hotellet är på gångavstånd (med backpackerryggsäck) från tågstationen. Prisvärt! Supernöjd!

Om man har svårt att gå eller har tunga väskor så kan kanske hotellet ligga lite för långt från tågstationen, om man kommer med tåg.

整個都很棒，不論是公共空間或是獨立空間！ 最棒的是有很大的廚房（包含用具、一般調味的油、鹽都有，不知道是不是之前的旅客留下來的），但都可以使用！值得再次體驗！ 這次最可惜天氣不賞臉，不然小閣樓是個很棒欣賞富士山的地方！

Good view of Mt Fuji from roof terrace, dining area and our room.

20 min walk from Kawaguchiko station or 1400 yen by taxi. Unexpected.. no smart toilet inside our room, we went on winter.. it's quite challenging to use during winter.

we like the place because the view of mt.fuji is so beautiful like their pictures you can even see mt.fuji on the balcony.the staff are very accomodating,they try to converse with their guests and greets everyone..the lobby,kitchen is so clean we loved staying in the lobby.in the morning you can drink a cup of coffee(free for everyone) with a perfect view of mt.fuji.it's like a air bnb,hotel,dormitory,ryokan feels combined.we were happy that we had a private toilet on our room though the shared bathroom is not bad at all because it's clean.the price of the rooms are very affordable compared to a lot of pricey hotels around.parking fee is affordable.highly recommend this place and i would love to be back and stay there again on our next visit.
