Location is good. Have ample parking.

Toilet not clean, cracked basin, WC cover dirty, toilet accessories not maintained. No hot water and pressure low if you come back late. Paying for the room but no hot water. Very noisy at night where tons of police sirens at that area at night and loed karaoke till 2-3 am.

Says soundproof; isn't. Can hear people talk loudly from corridors.

The pipe hose was leaking When you shower, the water took sometime to drain totally, which is very uncomfortable to see the water collected at the toilet floor The room card tear off like crazy, please replace them! Very bad first impression to see that card not yet the room. The iron for clothing, oh my WORST I've ever seen a hotel can provide.. its burned and making our clothes stains like crazy😡😡😡 The blanket and bed sheet looks grey!!!! NOT WHITE!!!! I think this is the basic quality a hotel should provide to client = CLEANLINESS

Bed

There were no mirror in the bedroom we had to stand on the water in the toilet Cause only there was the mirror to get ready for a function and towel and carpet was not in the room when we checkin, we had to go downstairs to ask for the towels and 1-2h later the Staff came to our doorstep to deliver the towels and the Staff didnt mention the carpet cloth is together with the towel they gave only when we check-out time we figure out that it was a towel, the glass Bottle was opened and the table was messy with instant Noodles flavouring packets

king bedroom is ok. slightly comfortable than queen bedroom. location is really convenient and ample of parking lots.

Queen bedroom, the tower has stain, bed is hard and noisy on the first floor facing restaurant and road.

Location is convenient. within 5 minutes, 2 convenience store, some eatery and a pub. Walkable distance to aeon mall, coffee bean. If you willing to cross the big road, can get to McDonald's.(I didn't do it as it seems dangerous) Staff are friendly but not very knowledgeable on the area. you can hear TV from neighbour's room or activity along corridor. might provide mental security for those who afraid of alone or silence.

not for family or kids as room is not really clean and there is a big window which can be opened.(dangerous for kids.) noise level will not be acceptable for those who require silence to sleep. you can hear TV from your neighbour and activity along corridor. facilities are not maintained properly. price should be lower based on the hotel facility.
