Cockroaches and other insects in the room, but the staff just gave us the repellent to spray by myself.

We were given room 308. This room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad it gave both of us a headache, It had a broken light switch, stains on the walls, threadbare bedsheets, and there was a dirty carpet. Asked to speak to the manager get move to a different room but they were unavailable. Asked for a refund but was refused. We left after 15 minutes and found another hotel. 2 months later and we are still waiting for our refund. Even booking.com is no longer responding!!! Awful grubby and badly managed hotel, avoid if you can.
