El apartamento es mejor que se ve en las fotos, muy amplio perfectamente amueblado, dotado de todo lo necesario, impecable el baño, la ubicación excelente a 3 minutos andando de la Opera de Budapest y la Avenida Andrássy el bulevar emblemático de Budapest, céntrico, con transporte público, y en una zona llena de tiendas, supermercados, bares y restaurantes. La empresa que lo gestiona se ve muy profesional, la comunicación excelente, la información para acceder al apartamento igual de excelente, muy contentos con el alojamiento y esperamos repetir.

El olor a basura que había en el portal de acceso al edificio, aunque no influía para nada en el apartamento. Hacer el Check Inn a través de una plataforma externa al tener que remitir documentación personal.

Excellent location and apartment. It was easy to check in and really supportive & helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to stay :)

The apartment was very clean and spacious and in a pretty convenient location. It was also equipped with everything that you might need.

The hairdryer was quite small and not very handy for someone with long hair.

Our shower seemed to be blocked as we were standing in a pool of water and it took a while to drain before the next person could use it, although the linen was clean we found the pillows to be quite soiled so a bit off putting

Fabulous location, very close to the centre. Very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities.

The location was excellent with public transport nearby.

Great apartment, well equipped and stocked.

The checkin was a disaster. Venus apartment managers are the laziest most inept people. They insist on an on line checkin [ too lazy to actually meet you) but i was unable to scan my passport due to the high gloss finish. I send a copy to them. Called them on my way to the apartment and recieved detailed instructions with no codes. I then contacted them and was summoned to their offices some 10 minutes away. A 74 year old hiring an expensive apartment for 5 nights being summonsed by a lazy little boy WTF! Only when they realised i was going to toss my toys did they agree to accompany me to the apartment and check me in. Appalling lazy and inept.
