The apartment is in city center just 10 mins walk to the main sights of Rouen. It has all the facilities you could need for a short stay.

The apartment could be a bit cleaner.

The apartment was perfect, the host was lovely and very responsive. There was coffee, tea, a bottle of water. The location was in walking distance to the town centre and the offsite parking was actually super close. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment.

We got instructions on how to get in and it said to open the gate with force to collect our key inside a box. We were not able to open the gate, even trying with two people, so I ended up knocking on someone else's window and asking them to open the gate for us which took some convincing as she of course didn't know who we were. I think if we contacted the host he would have helped us as well though as he was quite responsive to any messages, but we didn't want to wait an hour or so to get in.

The property has everything you need. The location is excellent, close to the centre of Rouen. The beds are comfortable. A little home from home.

Phillipe went above and beyond as a host. He went out of his way to come greet us and showed us the apartment and it’s features. Additionally, we got in a small bind locally where the people we were dealing with did not speak English, Phillipe came by and helped us by translating for us. The apartment is clean, modern with all amenities, fairly central located with access to public transportation and parking.

Nothing really to comment on not liking

Location very close to all attraction of the city, very clean and well equiped, very confortable bed and the owner was a really nice person which helped us with information about the city. Recomend with trust
