موقع الفندق مواجه للشاطئ وقريب على هاربور ايانابا ( تقريبا مسافة 15 سير على الاقدام ) جنب الفندق يوجد سوبرماركت ومحل لتأجير motorcycles ، والطاقم ودوديييين لابعد درجة ويقومون بمساعدتك وتوجيهك لكي تكون اقامتك مميزة واخص بالذكر موظفة الاستقبال natacha
خدمة التنظيف لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب ، حيث لم يتم تغيير فناجين القهوة والشاي المستخدمة لمدة يومين حتى طلبنا من عاملة التنظيف ذلك كما لم يتم اعادة توفير الماء المجاني+ كبسولات القهوة ، حيث طلبت مني العاملة بضرورة التواصل مع الاستقبال لتوفيرها !! وايضا كان ودي يكون حوض السباحة اكبر ويتناسب مع حجم الفندق ولكن كان جميل ولايأثر ذلك برأيي بالفندق ، اجمالا كانت الاقامة رائعة

The location is awesome - close to the center, within walking distance, yet still in a quiet area. The hotel has a unique spirit. When you step outside, you find yourself in a beautiful garden just a few steps from the beach. I loved everything about this hotel.

We were a group of friends travelling for relaxation and we were really surprised by everything, the excellent service of the staff, the rooms, the spa facility, the outdoor pool, the relaxed atmosphere, the food. Recommended for people looking for quiet alternative in the busy Ayia Napa.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden full of bougainvileas! We had everything we needed and more!
The staff are excellent, polite, friendly and helpful!
The pool is big and up to 2,10 metres in depth. The sea is right in front of the hotel and the water is turquoise.
The food is amazing, delicious and made with fresh ingredients in all restaurants of the hotel. All restaurants have excellent and exciting vegan options that are permanently on the menu and clearly marked!
The spa provides a wide range of massages and treatments; we were very relaxed after our massages!
We could buy a six pack of water bottles from reception which is highly appreciated, since we did not want to around looking for markets to buy it.
We wish we did not have to leave! We will definitely come again!!!
It would be great if the dishes that are vegan were clearly labelled at breakfast too; all other restaurants and the dinner buffet had labels that showed what is vegan.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach im Alion und kommen immer gerne wieder! Die Zimmer sind schön und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal (inkl. sehr zuvorkommenden Hotelmanagement) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl und ist sehr lecker. Auch das Restaurant Deck, welches zum Hotel gehört, ist wirklich super.
Der Strand ist wunderschön und das System mit den Liegebetten hervorragend organisiert.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Vor allem am Wochenende belagern Personen, die keine Hotelgäste zu sein scheinen, die Tische/Lounges des Poolrestaurants. Es werden dort dann Badetücher ausgebreitet und die Lounges zum Teil den ganzen Tag blockiert und stehen den Hotelgästen somit nicht zur Verfügung.
Ansonsten alles top und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Peaceful and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast has ample selection alongside incorporating local traditional breakfast foods. Hotel isn't in centre of town but within 10-15 minute walk which allows space between the party crowds of Ayia Napa.
Gym has limited equipment.

Everything was beautiful. The hit for me, were the beds! The most beautiful mattresses.
I also forgot my wallet in the safe when we left. We were promptly called and the service was wonderful :)

Everything was just perfect. Nice pool area with easy access to the beach. Amazing restaurants with the best coctails. We had a spa, and the massage there was one of the best we had. Most importantly, we came across to the most kind people we've ever met in a hotel. Highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with young children. We are going to book again very soon.

Everything was just perfect:
+ Perfect service
+ Own beach (in fact this is common beach but specifically in this hotel it's perceived as the own one)
+ Great location (+5 minutes by walk from nice cliff jumping point - Bridge of Lovers)
+ super view from balcony
+ Good cocktails ! (Which is quite rare for beach hotels )
+ Multiple restaurants and bars with different meal options
+ Great food in restaurant
+ Very rational zones planning
+ Amazing atmosphere
+ Good zones
+ Adult only format, almost no kids
+ Multicultural with most of tourists from EU
No major issues at all.
The only very minor thing was the attitude of one of the receptionists ladies (but only one, as the rest of them were very helpful and nice)

I loved how the hotel was beach front. Staff were
really nice.
You had to pre book beach lounges, so other
guests would book front lounges for their entire
stay, meaning many of the beach front ones remain
empty for the entire day (as they do day trips etc).
We had to use chairs facing a hedge so no view
whilst the front 2 rows were empty for 2 days.
I don’t think they should allow guests to book
chairs for more than 1 day, so all paying guests
get the opportunity to have beach front chairs..

The hotel location, the room view, and the way they placed the extra bed for my child was perfect and did not affect the size of the room, the property has 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants plus an extra one for breakfast, a nice private parking, the reception and staff are really friendly and can assist you with almost everything
The GYM was below average, sun beds are booked in advance although it was not mentioned in the booking if you arrive you will take what ever left not reserved.

Very nice Hotel and Pool/ Beach area on grass and under palms, very clean can comfortable.
It is a nice place for some relaxing days on the beach or pool.
The food (half board) is very good, really fresh, tasty, international and local!
The rooms are OK, practical and clean. Towels and Sheets are replaced regularly or on request.
From the Hotel you can easily walk/ hike along the coast line (beautiful) or 20 minutes to the town.
Well, the area however you need to like. It is a heavy touristic place, with a lot of multi-floor Hotels in first to 5th line from the beach. The mountains and woods are quite far from the Agia Napa.
The late checkout request was a bit disappointing. Thought the Hotel definitely still had capacity, we had to leave our room (stress) since particularly this one had to be cleaned for the next guest. That the store the luggage and offer a possibility to shower at the indoor swimming pool was Ok, but still I would have hoped for more flexibility.

Price. Both shower rooms in the indoor pool area were not working - one no water and the other no hot water.

It was my Bday and the staff was so attentive and we have a few Bday surprise waiting for us.
The restaurant by the swimming pool . Yummy , didnt taste like bar food. A couple of vegan options

The only thing that was a bit of a miss is the fact that they didn’t have much vegan options in general. Especially at breakfast. Some things are easy to make :
Vegan pancakes with a banana base our even vegan banana bread are easy to make .
Maybe some avocado toasts would be nice for breakfast and some sort of vegan yogurt 😊
