Super clean, fitted out with every necessary kitchen utensil, great appliances. Nice location near reastaurants and club.

A little cold inside (at this time of year May)no sun into unit much..but that cant be helped. Having to use three different codes at night to get through external gate, inner door and apartment door is a little annoying (forgot at least one code each time)

The location is great as it’s a very short walk to the beach & cafes/restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable & very well appointed.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. The sink was not draining properly & upon looking, it was/is clogged with soap, hair etc. The toilet had not been flushed properly & there was soiled toilet paper left behind. There were no spare toilet rolls & a fingernail on the floor which made me realise the floor had not been thoroughly washed.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions and never have had an issue. will return again

it was very modern and was a lovely apartment to stay at.

add an Air Fryer would be nice not everyone can cook in oven. or wants to wash the pots and pans.

Convenient to everything - cafes, restaurants and beach. Really well equipped - especially the kitchen. Modern, comfortable and secure apartment.

Location, host Belinda great to deal with, fresh, airy and comfortable!

Maybe a thicker bath mat in the bathroom as the water from shower goes everywhere.

Clean and well presented. Good location.Had a coffee pod machine was a nice surprise.

Paid a premium and did not receive the benefits. No secure garaging. The door was jammed open. No lift it was out of order. We are not young travellers and has to carry our bags up stairs in the rain. I expect substantial refund should be offered as we were not offered any alternative accommodation.

I didn’t like the outlook over the carpark area off the deck. There are shops who had a garbage problem out the back. So bin chickens everywhere & garbage across the carpark. cleaners had forgotten to stock basic items like hand towels, face washers, complimentary shampoo. when contacted on the issue they were very helpful but still didn’t fix the problem.

The location to the town was excellent. Unfortunately the noise of traffic, council cleaning and garbage pick up was very intrusive.

A beautifully decorated and equipped apartment, close to all Sawtell restaurants and the beach.

modern, clean and uncluttered . in a great spot - for a single traveller I felt very safe and secure while still being able to be out and about at any hour .

Tried breakfast at 3 different locations. Food was good with large portions. Easy walking distance to Main Street eateries

Still some confusion with COVID rules. Some enforced, some did not. Felt uncomfortable at times.

Great location, the host Belinda was so helpful and the unit was very clean.

You can hear a lot of noise when people are in the hallway outside the apartment front door.

The location of this property off the main street was exceptional. It was also quiet due to the way the property was configured. Loved it want to move to Sawtell and live there!
