Delectable host, who arranged for us a tuk tuk and gave us all the relevant information. He also served us a delicious breakfast in the morning. The object is modest, rather not necessarily with the view presented in the pictures on the website. The rooms are often and cosily furnished
I am a bit disappointed with the view compared to the presented photos, but this absolutely does not affect the very positive assessment of this place.

Great staff, shameera was extremely nice, helpfull and efficient and making sure that we were Having a great stay.
The house is confortable and lovely, with wood inside making it cosy, which is valuable in this montainous and colder área of Sri Lanka.

Shameera and then rest of the team were so helpful and kind! The villa was amazing and the breakfast they made us was some of the best food we have had this whole trip!

We found Villa Tea Fields at the last minute, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped us book train tickets. The room was spacious, clean, with comfy beds, and breakfast on the deck was really nice. We especially appreciated being offered traditional Sri Lanka. food in addition to the breakfast served. That was a great! The property is a short tuk tuk away from town, and someone was always available to help us with any needs. We enjoyed the walk around the tea fields also.

The hotel staff is helpful and polite. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and cake. The staff gave us a pack of tea when we were leaving, it was nice.
This level of the room could be found in a hostel, but not in a hotel at this price. The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality.

The guesthouse was beautifully situated In the tea fields a few minutes out of town, which I would recommend. Sanjaya (the host) worked tirelessly to look after us. Tea on the sundeck was lovely. Make sure you do the World’s End walk.
Everything was great.

We stayed two nights and had the attic room which was very comfortable but a little rough around the edges (only minor maintenance things). However the super service that Shameera and his small team provide, totally makes this place a pleasure to stay at. Afternoon tea with cakes on the terrace was another really nice highlight and the breakfast was super tasty. Thanks for looking after us so well.

Could hear phone conversations from a room across the hall that went on for hours. No mosquito protection in the room.

cozy a lot but with a neighboring temple that's noisy for two hours a day with sunset and sunrise. the hotel will offer you earplugs for that issue

We weren't planning on staying in Nuwara Eliya, but had to make a spontaneous booking, which wasn't a problem at all and thank God we did. The town is really unique and also this accommodation. We got a very warm welcome, even though outside it was cold and wet, but the huge bathtube overviewing the tea fiels and the cosiest beds we've had in Sri Lanka made us feel at home immediately. After a nice breakfast we even got a private tour through the tea fields with a spectacular view. We will definitely come back for a longer stay the next time.

Beautiful house with nice spacious, clean and nicely decorated room and en-suite.
Our host was very welcoming and helped us with all our sightseeing requests throughout our stay.
We were welcomed with tea on arrival which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the local tea fields. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
Highly recommend.

the location is stunning! extremely charming with stunning views of the tea fields.
i think hosts should arrange lunch and dinner options as well. Also noise travels in teh area so external noises can be disturbing at night.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and excellent breakfast. It was really lovely having cups of tea on the verandah in the sunshine surrounded by flowers and looking onto a tea field.
Very clean premises and super comfortable bed. Excellent pressure and hot water in the shower.
It would be nice to have a hand towel and larger towel racks in the bathroom.

The staff is very helpful, kind and professional.
The place is in the middle of tea field and a farm. The decoration is nice.
Avoid the bedrooms that are downstairs if you don't wake up early, the room we had was in front of the living room and where everyone had their breakfast, while we tried to sleep. .

Villa Tea is a cute English-style bed and breakfast type accommodation. Would be a little far to walk to the main city center but easy to organize a driver or tuk tuk. The hotel offered us tea and cookies on arrival. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (a pleasant rarity from our experience throughout SL). Quiet location overlooking some tea fields, where you can see tea harvesting in action. Breakfast was a typical English breakfast. Would recommend to friends, families, and couples traveling.

My wife and myself stayed at this place for a night in Nuwara Eliya. The place is a privately owned bungalow, similar to airbnb, right along the edge of a tea field.
The manager of the place was a very friendly and courteous man. He was always a phone call away whenever we needed something (he probably lived in another villa within the premises). At one point we needed to do laundry. The villa doesn't have laundry facilities for guests. However, the manager was kind enough to let us use the personal washing machine, and even hang our clothes to dry. Such helpful gesture was really appreciated.
The place itself is set in a picturesque location adjoining a tea field, with great views from the living room, balcony and the washroom/bathtub. The premise has a couple more bungalows. We got the deluxe room that has a window facing the pathway to the villa and the bathtub with view of the tea fields. The room was located on the second floor. We had access to the whole villa, that included a living space with a pool table on the second floor, a huge balcony facing the tea fields on the second floor and the living room with sofas on the first floor. The room itself was part of the attic. It was huge with two double beds and a spacious washroom. The breakfast was decent western style breakfast with good portions.
The path leading to the villa is a mere dirt road, that is not particularly suited to walking. Moreover, after bouts of rain (which is quite common in Nuwera Eliya) this road turns into a very muddy stretch of earth. As a result, accessibility to the villa is at times limited to cars, taxis or tuktuks. Hailing a tuk tuk or car is not an option as well, since they can be frequently found on the main road, which is separated from the villa by the dirt road. So the only option is to call a taxi or tuk tuk if you have a contact number.
The deluxe room on the second floor, although spacious, doesn't have much of headroom on one side. This is because since it is an attic room, one side of the room has slanted ceilings. This side also happens to be the side that the headboard of the bed is pointing to. As a result, there is a high likelihood of bumping your head while getting up from bed in the morning. And this is coming from me who is short person at 5'6".
