The property is simply awesome with all amenities near by ! The property manager Rohan is the most helpful and kind person you will ever meet , along with the chef/cook Shiva , made our stay very comfortable!
WiFi and mobile phone connectivity was not great !!

Those villas are amazing for families!! you can find almost everything you need inside the house ,The view of the lake also very nice.I definitely recommend to stay in these villas.
And special thanks to the owner for his hospitality and concern for our comfort throughout our stay in his property.

Location was awesome right in front of Lake Gregory. House vibes were very nice and had all basic amenities close by. Staff are very cordial and are managing the property to the best of their abilities despite many glitches. We had a great stay here and overlooked some of them.
The house has the potential to be a 5 star however despite having all amenities many of them did not work - gas had 2 burners only working out of 4, pics showed such a nice fireplace but it doesn't work at all, washing machine shown was not working, wifi was slow, one of the geysers was not good, pots & pans greasy. If you really ask me these are easily fixable and I would definitely recommend this property, but urge the owners to rectify this. You have a great property at prime location but having so many glitches only tarnishes the charm.

The staff, especially the manager and the person guarding the cottage, was very supportive and friendly. It is a magnificent place with a view of Gregory Lake, surrounded by beautiful hills. The inside of the cottage was very clean and attractive. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this little cottage, the beautiful garden and view outside. Its a 2 floor cottage with the kitchen and living area down and 3 rooms +2 bathrooms upstairs. The manager and caretaker were very attentive. However need to note that there isnt a reception or lobby area. You would need to contact them when you arrive.
This isnt a big issue, but since the water heater is small, you need to give a 15-20min gap before the next person showers.

Great cottage with necessary amenities to spent time with your family. Quite and clean.
Just that we were checking in around 7.30Pm and had to carry our luggage’s and bags all the way up by our self to the cottage climbing tiny rocky stairs from parking place. It was really uncomfortable at checking in as we all were tired after travaling some distance. Same scenario when checking out as well. Cottage manager Rohan was really help full but he has no one to assist when someone checking in or out I believe.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. lakeside cottages is just the place to stay when and if you visit Nuwara Eliya. situated just near the Gregaries lake to give you the most soothing feelings. the benefit of this beautiful place is that it make you feel like your home and not on vacation. you got your own kitchen, living area, 3bedrooms and bathrooms to actually make you happy and truly enjoy every bit of it. We were welcomed by Mr. Rohan who is the manager and always looked into our comfort from the moment of arrival. Frinsley the supervisor is friendly and always has a smile on his face and always cautious about our wants and needs and not forgetting Raja, who you can always count on to get things done if needed.
all around I would definitely say a great experience and is definitely my go to place from now on when visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Friendly staff and they provided a good service. The property was clean and had everything we need. Recommended for families and a small group of friends. Good place for a relaxing weekend.

Hot water issue was there again. Also flushing facilities were not working properly. They really need to sort out the hot water. This is the second time I stayed here and both times, hot water was an issue

Great place to stay with family and friends. Frincely is a great host and takes good care. Bbq facilities available and free onsite parking. Rohan the manager was also helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience 😊
