Bellissimo cottage illuminato dal sole con pavimenti in legno e pareti in legno.
Una stanza principale 12x12 / camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale.
Questa stanza principale si affaccia sul cortile dove vivono colibrì, uccelli canori e passeri. Molto pacifico.
Una cabina armadio confina con la sala principale ma serve più come area di scrittura e zona armadio.
Il bagno ha una vasca per i piedi con artigli per un bagno rilassante ed è anche una doccia.
L'angolo cottura è uno spazio molto piccolo che è l'ingresso all'unità. C'è un lavandino, mini frigorifero, piastra elettrica, forno tostapane / forno a convezione, forno a microonde e pressa per caffè. Questo è un piccolo angolo cottura non ha un forno completo solo un tostapane. Perfetto per piccoli pasti facili fatti su una piastra calda.
Fornito sempre con acqua purificata Sparkletts, caffè e tè.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's home! It was a lovely, if small / cozy, space that worked perfectly as a home base throughout our few days in Santa Monica. Easy to find, great neighborhood, very clean and home-y, and Rachel was very helpful.

Wonderful cottage, in the back and off the street. I'd grown up down the street so it was doubly wonderful to find a place so close to my childhood home. Nice, quiet neighborhood and location to everything the city has to offer. Great little kitchen. Rachael checked in to see how I was doing from time to time. I hope to return to Santa Monica and hope to stay here again as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely Space in SM
The space was great and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. I really appreciated all the kitchen and bathroom items! The owner was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and it was only a short walk to some of my favorite restaurants. Overall, very good experience!

The neighborhood we stayed in was lovely. The owner allowed us to drop off our luggage early and told us where we could find good food and shopping within in walking distance. The place is only 18 blocks from the beach which was a delightful walk. We liked staying here. Two thumbs up!

I was in town for a few days apartment searching and this rental was great for what I needed. It was a good "home base" between appointments to work and regroup. Very clean and excellent location. Quiet and safe. Check in and parking was easy. Rachael was very helpful when I had questions or needed anything.

John and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The bungalow was so lovely and peaceful. Even though there was no TV, this was not important to us especially after John was recovering from an illness, it was the perfect recovery, after all, TV is full of doom and gloom. Rachael and her partner were so lovely and respectful of privacy and very thoughtful. Please respect Rachaels property when you are there as it is so beautiful.

Rachael and her partner were so lovely and respectful of privacy and very thoughtful. Please respect Rachaels property when you are there as it is so beautiful.

It is a great place to stay for a few days. It's nice to have a little place for yourself, instead of a big hotel or something. Additionally, the garden is very nice. The hostess, Rachael, is very helpful and kind.

Great Accommodations and Location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place. The room and bath/kitchenette was clean, neighbourhood was quiet and a great location for travelling around parts of LA. Rachel was very accommodating and ensured we had everything we need.
