Todo. Apartamento moderno, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Ayamonte, con unas vistas muy bonitas al puente internacional. Fácil aparcamiento justo en frente del edificio. La atención por parte de los anfitriones fue de 10! Sin duda repetiremos!

A lot of damp in the air - the owner is not to blaim, that is how it is in January

Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast in der hellen und geräumigen Wohnung. Von der Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Guadiana, schnell ist man zu Fuß an allen wichtigen Plätzen in Ayamonte. Das Bett ist mit 150 cm schmal, dennoch äußerst bequem. In der Wohnung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage tut auch im Winter einen guten Dienst. Das Badezimmer hat keine Heizung, Pilar hat uns jedoch umgehend einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr sicher gefühlt.

Es ist alles Notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden, jedoch alles in einfacher Qualität. Vom Fußboden her ist die Wohnung im Winter recht kalt, ein Teppich im Winter im Wohnzimmer wäre schön, eine Wolldecke auf dem Kunstledersofa ebenfalls. Die Warmwasserversorgung schwankt und bis warmes Wasser kommt, dauert es eine ganze Weile. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden, je nach Tageszeit kann die Parkplatzsuche eine Weile in Anspruch nehmen. Die Fischkutter sind zwar äußerst pittoresk, erzeugen aber auch Dieselgestank.

it was close to the Centre - very clean with facilities

one little niggle was the towel situation - we were staying 3 days and we were provided with only 2 small bath towels and only one hand towel for two people. we should have had at least two. Communication was not good we got to the property with no instructions how to get in - eventually we got through to someone with key codes for entry and for the lift - we were sent the wrong code for the lift but we were shown by a local the proper code. Another thing that would have been helpful would have been something written down about the area etc for guests - all in all these little irritations did not spoil our stay and we would certainly stay here again!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is a short walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars and the beautiful central square. Our communications with the host wewe excellent.

All great.

Very comfortable bed, spacious, everything you could need, great WiFi , highly recommended, very secure property, codes to get in and to use lift.
