La nostra bella casa a schiera recentemente ristrutturata è una lussuosa proprietà in affitto per vacanze situata sul lago Travis a Point Venture, in Texas, a 20 miglia a ovest di Austin, nel cuore del Texas Hill Country. Questa unità è composta da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi e due ponti con vista sull'acqua per ospitare comodamente fino a 10 persone.

Questo spazioso condominio di 1.386 mq è composto da 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ed è perfetto per un gruppo di amici e una famiglia di 10 persone comodamente. Il piano principale è composto dalla camera da letto principale con un comodo letto king size, un grande cassettone, un armadio e una TV da 43 ". Proprio di fronte al corridoio c'è l'ampio bagno con doccia / vasca. La cucina recentemente rinnovata è fornita di tutte le basi della cucina, tra cui stoviglie, tazze, utensili, pentole / padelle, tostapane, caffettiera / caffè / tè e molto altro. Goditi una bella cena in famiglia sul grande tavolo della fattoria con 2 sedie e 2 panche che possono facilmente ospitare 8+, oltre a posti a sedere extra sull'isola cucina con 3 sgabelli da bar.
La bella cucina si collega all'ampio portico posteriore che presenta un tavolo da esterno con 6 sedie, una griglia a gas e vista sull'acqua. Un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo in famiglia ammirando le splendide viste sul lago !!
Il piano inferiore conduce alla camera da letto n. 2 che contiene un letto a rotelle doppio, TV da 43 ", cassettiera, giochi di carte / da tavolo e DVD per farti divertire durante il tuo soggiorno. Questa camera ha anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice dietro le porte a fisarmonica a cui gli ospiti avranno accesso durante il loro soggiorno.
La camera da letto n. 3 è composta da due comodi letti Queen, un grande cassettone, una TV da 43 "e una zona trucco separata. Il bagno interno comprende una grande doccia e vasca. Questa camera ha anche porte scorrevoli che conducono al portico inferiore con una zona salotto per splendide viste sull'acqua. Goditi una tazza di caffè al mattino mentre assisti ai suoni pacifici dell'acqua e della natura in Point Venture !! I cervi sono anche uno spettacolo accogliente al mattino sull'acqua!

La zona è piena di cervi e altri animali selvatici in ogni momento della giornata. Anche i panorami sono spettacolari!

We all had a great time! The host was very informative with directions, tips, and information. Super fast responses to any questions. House was clean and lots of extra towels and such throughout the whole house.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The kitchen is a bit small but the large deck makes up for it. I would suggest adding more hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom, but overall we were very much at home.

We had a great stay! Very clean and the owner provided all the basics and more. Very responsible when needed. Cute townhouse! Right across the street from tennis courts, down the street from a 9-hole golf course and an easy drive down to Captain Pete’s for lunch/dinner and boat rentals. Very comfortable for our family of 5! 2022 Bormes Family Vacation
The house was perfect for me, my kids, their friends and a bonus. We all got to send time with my brother who we haven't been able to connect with due to his military service. There are several local activities / attractions to take on a new adventure every day. Definitely a redo vacation stay!

Amazing week at the lake!
We had such a great visit! Melissa was amazing from the minute I booked the rental, answered all my questions in a very timely manor. The house was perfect for our group, everything was as stated in the listing. Check in and check out was very easy! Melissa even left corn for us to feed the deer, which were plentiful. They were eating from our hands!
We rented a captained boat one afternoon from Liquid Thirllz and had an amazing 4 hours on the lake with Captain Neil. Every moment of our week was perfect!

Quick Visit to Point Venture
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It is nicely decorated, spacious and has beautiful views! We also had fun giving the deer their "breakfast" and exploring the pretty parks in the area. Thank you, Melissa...we'll visit again!

Had Melissa been honest and we still chose to stay here then this place would have gotten a 4-5star. But it was a nightmare from the start!
For our vacation with multiple young children, including a 14month old, we really needed something not only close to water but with easy access.
I had voiced my concerns after reserving the stay with Melissa. A prior review had said that it wasn’t easy to get to the lake. Melissa assured me it was. Upon getting to the property we discovered that the lake was over 500 yards away from the property down a very steep and rocky incline. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE for a family with small children! When I voiced my annoyance with Melissa, she stated that she had just been their and skipped ricks with her daughter. “They had a blast!” We didn’t pay 2wks worth of $ skip rocks.
The fridge wasn’t cooling out food properly and we were told it’s because we may have “loaded it down” with our groceries and needed to allow it to catch up. What followed is our fault, it ended up finally getting cold and we risked eating our hundred of dollars worth of food rather than throwing it way after we were refused a discount on our stay. Unfortunately we would regret that, 6/8 of us would end up getting food poisoning. Melissa response is that our food takes awhile to get cold after being out in the Texas heat from the grocery store. I repeatedly informed her that I am a 30+ year Texan and have never had this issue!
There is a nice park that is a few min drive to an area that you can swim. However, you can only bring in truck at a time. Which again is highly inappropriate for a large family of little kids that need car seats and boosters! As well as all the belongings for a day at the lake. We also had to buy a canopy for shade at the lake when we originally thought we would be close enough from the townhouse that this wouldn’t be an issue. We only had two options make multiple trips to the town house or have grownups in the bed of the truck. As an icu nurse I refuse to do put my family at risk because Melissa chose greed over her guests.
Her response was to tell us there was a near buy pool. If we wanted to hang out by a pool we would have stayed home.
There were some pros. Cute and clean town house, fast though condescending responses, lots of deers to watch and even hand feed, fun bingo night at the caddy shake, and let’s not forget a hands down the best place to skip rocks!…. Or so we were told, they must have skipped a

Overall we all loved it ! In the mornings we would see the deer and it is an amazing nature view ! This time of season it was a little chilly but we all love it! We had so much Fun !! Hopefully we will book again soon !

Renovated with beautiful views!
The updates to the home along with the size and layout made it a wonderful place to stay, not to mention the views! The owner was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Make sure to bring either body soap or body wash when you come (that wasn't included). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and would come back again!

The end unit townhome was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the views from the deck were fabulous. We had no neighbors during our weekday stay and it was quiet. We had access to all the amenities but were unable to rent kayaks because none were available to rent within the community and kayak deliveries from outside businesses were prohibited by the Property Owners Association. The lake is accessible from a community park and community marina (both ~1 mile away). You can’t really walk down from the back of the house and get into the water.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of plates/silverware and cups etc. There was a balcony upstairs and a patio downstairs that were very enjoyable. We spent our time at the pool within the community and down at the marina. The owner replied very quickly and was super accommodating. I definitely recommend this property!

Then my little girl got sick and we needed a doctor. Google wasn’t much help since “doctors near me” was giving us nearby recommendations based on how the crow flies. Normally that would be fine, but the giant lake in the way makes it difficult to know exactly how far away stuff is.
Melissa had been keeping open contact with us, which made it easy to reach out to her for help. She gave me recommendations based on what she knew, and even called other folks to get recommendations from them. After 10 minutes or so, we were on the way to a highly-rated doctor and the kiddo got the care she needed.
10/10, 5-stars, etc - we will definitely return.

Point Venture June 2021
This was the most AMAZING trip to the lake that we've had in a while. We had a party of 7 and all of us gave a thumbs UP. The scenery is nothing less than breath taking. The house is comfy, very up to date, with just enough room. And Melissa!!!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about her. Hands down excellent and very friendly communication. Thanks again. We'll be back!!!!!!!

Love the fact that you can just walk to the lake through the back yard and go fishing.
Also, every morning and afternoon, about 20 deer came to say hi on the back yard.

Great time
We had a great time staying here. The house is nice and clean. Beautiful view and we loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings. We rented a boat from Liquid Thrillz and picked it up at the Gnarly Gar which is right down the road. It was very convenient. My only suggestion is to supply beach towels. We brought some towels but I was expecting the house to have some more we could take out on the lake.

Wonderful Stay
This is a great property for our family with two active preschoolers. The community has a tennis court, a golf course, a pool, and a private park with playground and access to the lake. The house is literally across from the tennis court so our kids got to play tennis at night. We also enjoyed spending time on the patio (with gas grill and a decent size dining table) and watching deers stop by in the morning and evening! The only thing that is slightly inconvenient is the Internet connection to the TV seemed unstable. The owner was quick to respond when the issue came up. We were able to get it connected again following her instruction but somehow it was disconnected again a few times later on. The Wifi was stable so at least we can still use our tablet when TV was not working. Overall it was a decent stay and I would recommend this property to others!

We really enjoyed this property as it was tastefully remodeled and decorated and well supplied with everything needed for our 3 days stay
The property owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had prior to the check in and we had no issues during our stay
Kids enjoyed their daily walks to the lake and exploring the nature trails In the backyard. Daily deer feedings and sightings everywhere... overall fun relaxing trip.
