Schönes und sauberes Zimmer, eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser. Die Mitarbeiter sind megafreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Chef hat mich persönlich morgens um 6:20 Uhr zur Fähre gefahren, kostenlos. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand.

Nice and clean room, working AC, free coffee and water. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The boss personally drove me to the ferry at 6:20 in the morning, free of charge. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and all facilities were clean.

Location of the hotel was quite central, with some shops (e.g. 7 eleven and duty free) next to it. It was very easy to rent a scooter (35RM/day) via the hotel owner. People behind the desk were friendly and helped us out with our departure to the jetty.

Upon arrival, the hotel hallway smelled like smoke. In our room, this same musty smell was much heavier and penetrant, which was very uncomfortable to live/sleep in (there were no windows in the room to let some fresh air in). When we first entered our room, the bathroom was entirely wet (like it had only been “cleaned” by showering the entire bathroom with water). The shower is headed towards the toilet without any curtains or (glass) walls, which results in the fact that the entire bathroom is wet after 1 shower. Also, because there are no windows, the bathroom does not dry up anymore. When we turned on the water in the sink, the pipes seemed leaky as the same used water was streaming onto the bathroom floor from underneath the sink. Also the toilet did not flush anymore at some point. There were also mold spots on the walls next to the bed and there was no daily clean up service of the room.
