Tech Terrace Cottage-Just 3 Blocks from TTU!
Questo adorabile cottage è a soli tre isolati dal campus ed è nel miglior quartiere di Lubbock! J & B Coffee, Capital Pizza e un negozio di alimentari del quartiere sono tutti a pochi isolati di distanza. Solo un isolato dal parco Tech Terrace, che offre una fantastica pista per camminare. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, così come la lavanderia. Questa casa comprende parcheggio fuori strada e un grande cortile dove è possibile giocare a ping pong o cenare all'aperto. Divertiti a vivere come un locale durante il tuo soggiorno a Lubbock!

What a beautiful house close to school !! It was the perfect location and so many thoughtful little touches.

Just the right size for parents (and siblings) visiting son in college. The home is nearly right across the street from campus - could walk if you wanted to - and right around the corner from a fabulous coffee shop (J&B coffee). The home was perfectly clean, check-in was super easy, and it was a quiet retreat in a wonderful neighborhood when we needed rest. Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I had the perfect stay in Lubbock because this rental was perfectly located in Tech Terrace near Texas Tech University. It had everything we needed, and it was tastefully decorated and artfully appointed. We will be back!

Cute and the right amount of quirky! We enjoyed playing ping pong and walking to the nearby park. Close to everything. Beds were super soft with wonderful comfy pillows.

This place is very cute. Comfortable size for 2-4 people. Works well for parents needing to come stay while seeing kids at Texas Tech. We enjoyed the stay, spot was very convenient to everything needed and the price was wonderful! Much nicer stay than a hotel for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this little house and if we're ever in Lubock again, I hope it will be available. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is comfortable, and we enjoy the ping pong table in the back yard.

We loved the cottage feel of the home. It was clean, located in a nice neighborhood close to everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the fact that it was Christmas ready with a tree that was decorated. I would rent this location again.

Thuis house was perfect for our overnight stay to see a concert in Lubbock. It was nice to have easy parking off the street also. Best of all was the ping pong table on the back carport! We had so much fun we didn't want to walk away from it.
