This home was absolutely beautiful! The backyard view is breath taking! I would love to stay here again next time I visit Lake Cumberland with the family! Everyone in the area and the neighbors were very friendly and the home was very organized. I also loved the binder with all the notes and additional info, that was a very nice touch.

We arrived late at the property and hadn’t checked email for code to get into the house. A quick phone call to the host resolved that issue and we started what would be a relaxing stay, with all the convenience of home. We really loved the seating options for family dining. Overall, our stay was comfortable & the location was convenient to reach our intended locations. NICE!!

We were in a group of 3 couples. House was great, super clean, plenty of parking, and very close to Conley Bottom Marina. We had a small peek view of the lake from the back deck, and lots of outside space to hang out and build a fire in the evenings.
Neighbor dog, Harley, came to greet us and hung out with us in the evenings.
Would definitely rent here again!

A hidden gem off the beaten path with a view of cows included. We were greeted by Harley, the neighbor lab who came down to check us out. It really was a very nice place, beautiful view. If you have a paint easle this is your place. Very spacious. Would have loved to have had a ping pong table for the teens, its big enough. As it was we really enjoyed just chilling in our own places. Very well equipped and clean.

This rental is beautiful. This was our second time staying here. And it didn’t disappoint. The view is beautiful and you can see it from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable with lots of spaces to sit and read, play games, eat, etc. Everything you need to cook a meal is available. And plenty of dishes so you’re not always eating on paper plates. We will absolutely visit again.

This is the fourth time my family has rented this property. We keep going back because it is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we need. It is as pretty and spacious as it looks on-line and the check-in/check-out process is a breeze! I know we will be going back for years to come!

I have rented several vacation properties in the Monticello and surrounding areas over the years to visit family living there and this far exceeded any of the previous rentals and some of those were very nice. The home is spacious and inviting with an open common area for guests to visit (we had 20 there for Mother's Day BBQ), and the outside deck and fire pit was just as amazing as the inside. Beautiful view of Cumberland River, nature at it's best. The home is furnished nicely with just about everything you could possibly need for a great stay. No issues whatsoever with check-in, Imogene was such a doll. Very convenient to Monticello and Somerset and all the stores for anything you might need. The house has a game to be played and my entire family enjoyed participating from my mother (88) to my youngest great niece (6), fun for all - I hope the game continues. Absolutely the best, stunning property and home. I will return here every time if available. Spacious, inside and out on beautiful deck. Emaculately clean and kept. Be sure to play the house game, so much fun. My family of 20 enjoyed an unforgetable Mother's Day BBQing and playing this game. Loved every minute of it. Imogene is a doll!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything needed to cook, clean, do laundry and dishes/run dishwasher. The property is beautiful and ideal area for those who enjoy walking. The only thing we missed was having a smart TV to binge our favorites. The linens were fine but the beds could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Room for visitors to spread out on the multiple decks, open design first floor and basement family room. Very close to large marina and space for boat on drive. Our family and friends enjoyed staying at this property over Labor Day weekend. It was immaculate and very clean. This property is private and has plenty of room, indoor and outdoor seating, and has a stocked kitchen with cooking and grilling necessities. I am already planning when we can come back and stay again! There was some kind of communication problem with Evolve. I had been messaging for hours on the day of arrival to get the check in instructions and did not ever get a response. I sat at the property in my car and was on hold with VRBO when coincidentally I got an email with the homeowners phone number so I hung up. This was 2 hours after check in time and 10 minutes of being there. I called Ms. Imogene and she gave me the code to get in. She was very nice and helpful. She told me she had already messaged me the code to get in earlier in the day but I never got anything from her or Evolve. All of this was still worth it to stay at this awesome property! Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

The house was very nice. And equipped with everything. Owner was easy to communicate with. And it’s just minutes from Conleys bottom. We took our boats and there was plenty of room to park. We would stay again next summer. Our only complaint was the beds are not that comfortable.

Great Lake House
We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was exactly as pictured in the listing. The open floor plan and spaces were perfect for our group! Plenty of supplies and a well stocked kitchen. The long driveway and loop made trailering with our boat so easy! Super close access to Conley Bottom Marina. Plenty of outdoor spaces-would love to have more comfy outdoor seating to enjoy that view. The owner was immediately responsive to questions and the small issues we had on check in making our stay flawless. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home for your next lake getaway

Lake Cumberland home
We had a wonderful time staying at this Lake Cumberland retreat. The area is quite rural though incredibly convenient to Conley Bottom. The sunsets over the trees and the lake views were gorgeous. The kids loved walking up past nearby farms each evening! The home is large, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!
