Timberline Haus - una proprietà di SkyRun Nederland Timberline Haus è una splendida nuova casa che si affaccia sul bacino di Barker. Questa casa è a soli 15 minuti dalla stazione sciistica di Eldora e si trova in posizione ottimale per una mattinata rilassante di godersi le piste prima della corsa a metà mattina. Dopo aver trascorso una giornata in montagna, fermati e sperimenta il divertimento locale nel centro di Nederland. Quando salirai per la prima volta in questa casa, noterai che non assomiglia a nessuna delle altre propriet�� in giro, potrai parcheggiare la tua auto nel garage e dirigersi direttamente in questa bellissima casa. Quando entri per la prima volta dal garage, sarai nella "stanza del fango" e lì troverai la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice a cui potrai accedere durante il tuo soggiorno. Probabilmente noterete che tutti i pavimenti sono concreti e riscaldati, in ordine! Una volta entrati in casa, sarete spazzati via dai panorami che si affacciano sull'acqua e come si apre la planimetria con la cucina e il soggiorno. Esci dall'ampio ponte dove puoi gustare una bella cena barbecue mentre appendi accanto al focolare con la famiglia. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale ed è piena di finestre dal soffitto al pavimento che si affacciano sul serbatoio, non preoccuparti, abbiamo tende oscuranti per quando hai bisogno di un pisolino dopo lo sci o le escursioni tutto il giorno. C'è un bagno padronale collegato alla camera matrimoniale e un enorme armadio! Lavorando al piano di sotto è dove troverete altre 2 camere da letto e un bagno. Una delle camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso e l'altra camera ha 2 grandi letti a castello dove è possibile inviare i bambini a giocare. Facendo un passo fuori dal piano inferiore troverete un ponte posteriore coperto dove vive la vasca idromassaggio, i panorami seduti nella vasca idromassaggio sono semplicemente spettacolari e manteniamo sempre la spa bella e calda! SkyRun piacerebbe farti venire a Timberline Haus e goderti un bel periodo di montagna. Cosa essere a conoscenza di: - Può essere ventoso. - No animali. Vietato fumare. - Occupazione massima 8 / senza eventi. Ciò che ti piacerà: - Vista spettacolare. - Due minuti dal centro di Nederland. - Nuovo di zecca e di fascia alta.

The house is better and larger than it looks in the photo's.
The view is bigger and wider than the photo's.
It's very quite there we were the only ones on the hill when we were there. The sliders on the glass wall open so you have a 16 to 18 foot opening to the deck.
Drive around the mountains around Nederland has a lot of trails and not that many people like Estes Park has. Nederland has good places to eat. The local store is good also if you want to do your own cooking and the house is set up to do that and it's nice to look at that view while you are eating.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It’s exactly as described, even more beautiful in person. The views were breathtaking. We had a slight issue checking in (code wasn’t working) but the property management team was great and extremely responsive and got us in right away! I highly recommend this property. There is so much to do within the property and it’s a close drive to the downtown area that was very quaint and exactly what we were looking for. If we are back in the area, we would want to stay at this property again!

I have stayed at rental properties all over the country. I have never experienced the perfect property....until now. Everything about this place is the pinnacle of perfection. It is the perfect hoise, in the perfect location. The staff of Skyrun is world class. Upon check-in, they texted me with a number that made them available 24/7. If you have any little ones, the house comes stocked with things to make life simple. High chair, baby gate, back packer for hiking, etc.
Then, there are the views. Ive never been in awe like that. Opening the wall of glass and having an open air home to stay in was perfect. You will not regret staying here!

We loved this place. The hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and especially THE VIEW. The one caveat would be that the main TV could use a change is the projector TV is useless when there is a sunny day (sunlight drowns out the projector). THanks for a great place.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! Nederland never fails to have outstanding restaurants for such a small town. Close to many trails of various hiking levels. Very comfortable, fantastic views! Communiation with Linda and staff at SkyRun was great!

What an exceptional property! Perfect blend of clean and modern yet comfy and cozy! Almost at the peak of a mountain with unobstructed, stunning views. Perfect temperatures in the summer! Imagine being less than 30 minutes from Boulder, the city that has everything you could possibly need AND less than a 2 mile walk/run/drive to the adorable small town of Nederland. Can only imagine how wonderful this place would be during Ski Season. While we typically ski other areas of Colorado, after staying in Nederland, we would definitely consider coming back to this house and skiing Eldora. We have stayed in so many vacation homes and this was definitely one of the best. Top notch. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We booked the Timberline Haus for a small artist retreat, and it turned out to be the ideal location! The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and writing. Every indoor space receives ample natural light that is conducive to creative practices. The options for hiking are ample and conveniently nearby. We look forward to staying again :)

The house is beautiful with great views of the reservoir and mountains. It is situated close to Boulder, Rocky Mtn. Nat’l Park, Estes. Great kitchen and well equipped. It is very remote however and there is not much to do in the town of Nederland but it’s accessible for driving excursions. Hot tub does not work too well.

We had a fantastic stay during spring break. About 5 min to Nederland, 25 min from Boulder and 15 min from Eldora, you’re not far from anything. The house is stunning and so comfortable. We had great communication with SkyRun, the managers and they were available to answer all questions. Loved the hot tub after skiing! 10/10 would book again.

Gorgeous views, close proximity to Nederland, Boulder, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Moonshine on the water, sunrise on the surrounding mountains. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location.

Great family rental
This house had everything you need if you have children. Toys, games, high chair, pack n play, baby gate. You name it! I’m only giving 4 stars because the sunscreen behind the projector screen didn’t stay down so we were unable to watch movies or tv unless it was dark outside and with it being summer, that wasn’t until after our kids were in bed. We also didn’t have hot water the last night of our trip and had to take hot showers. Our coffee maker didn’t work the first morning; however, SkyRun personnel delivered a new one to our house that day so we had fresh coffee in the morning. Overall, I would stay here again.

Accommodating & Beautiful Views
We booked this unit for our leadership offsite. It was stunning and perfect. The only glitch was that the hottub was out of commission for our entire trip. However, the property manager did a great job of communicating throughout. We'll be back!

Beautiful views in the mountains
Stayed here for 3 nights with my 3 friends. Everyone was amazed by the views from the living area and waking up to snow covered trees was lovely. Everything you need at a short term rental was here. About an hour out of Denver and 30 min from Boulder. Small market in town if you need something and ski resort 15 min away. I’ve stayed in 50+ Short term rentals for work and travel and this is easily in the top 5. Views, location, amenities, check in all good

Amazing home, amazing views!
This is a beautiful property! The property mgr was fabulous & even brought us Texans some more blankets to help us stay cozy! Communication was great. Home is very spacious. It was super windy, but that was stated in the description & we were expecting it. The kitchen is well equipt & we were able to make nice dinners, breakfasts & even did a little baking without worry! Town is super close for quick trips for groceries and it’s a short, scenic drive to Boulder, which we loved stopping to explore along the way! Overall, this was just an amazing place to spend our little get away!

Wonderful Mountain Home - perfect for family!
While this house is modern in design- it's perfectly accommodating for families large + small! The set up is ideal for kids in the lower level and adults in the master suite upstairs. Lots of room in between to share meals, watch a movie, play games, etc (HUGE game selection was so fun!!) I can't say enough how comfortable we were- for awhile just my husband and I- we watched a bald eagle soar right past us on the upper deck, and even saw a moose on the road to the house! Settled in nature, but for sure all the comforts of home. ((*I am a chef so I *always* appreciate VRBO's with great quality cooking items- knives and pans, even the awesome appliances! Thank you for sharing with all of us!)
Location was fabulous too- just down the road into town... quick to hit a store or pop up for coffee. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the home- but also took time to visit the breweries, Crosscut pizza, and more in town! Hikes, mountain drives + even a snowy morning... we loved our trip so much!
*So when can we go back to sweet, sweet Nederland???

Great all around!
This a beautiful house and ideal location. We love to day hike - 9-12 miles - and then return home to relax, make a nice dinner, watch the sun go down and the moon come up while resting our weary muscles in the hot tub. This property ticked every box! The view of the reservoir and mountain s is fabulous. It can be windy - but just need to put on a sweater or head inside and enjoy the view through the floor to ceiling windows. We will be back.

Perfect getaway for the family!
This is a fantastic home for families, especially those with older children. Very clean with an open and inviting floor plan. The home has many great extras, such as a closet full of games; a hot tub overlooking the lake, and plenty of cookware to use in the high-end kitchen. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and experience working with SkyRun!
