I like that the host initiated a ws group for us to communicate, and it was linked to a car rental service as well. The staff were friendly and nice. I faced a problem with the ac, but they were quick to help me to rectify it. Seamless check in and check out processes. Rooms were sufficient, each room had a bathroom with heater heater attached. I went with 7 adults and 1 toddler👍🏽
Some of the rooms appeared to be dimly lit... Maybe can put some small lamp at the corner? Also, the tv only had netflix and other online streaming shows. It would be nice if they can have a local cable show/programmes

The house was big , gadgets were very useful for my kids(PS3 and Netflix),the cleanliness, useful kitchen facilities and the most important thing is the extra bed. It fit my 4 children. Overall it's the best house that can fit 15 people in one roof🥰😍😘

Easy location to find and good amenities around
Broken bedside table, lots of ants in bathrooms and kitchen, dirty bath towel and pillow cases, unsafe ceiling fan. Filters in air con units were dirty so engineers had to come and clean.

Beautiful location, spacious rooms, cleanliness, day essentials, BBQ making and sitting area, peaceful area - birds chirping beautiful sunrise and sunset, good view of mountains, IN front there is a big park and on top 3 bicycles provided to ride. Definitely worth visiting next time.
Bring your own breakfast, dental hygiene kits like toothpaste and tooth brush, comb, and bottled drinking water if you prefer, or else coway filter is installed for pure drinking water.

such a big house. i stayed with 4 families and each got their own room so more privacy. the neighbourhood is so peaceful even it is inside town. zervin and miko so helpful during the stay and fast reply on any inquiries.
1) few of the room and toilet doors produced some noise when open/close
2) the aircond on the 2nd room at the 2nd floor not functioning well during day, perhaps less gas.
3) the android box keep lost connection and need to restart
otherwise everything is perfect! will stay here again :)

Very spacious house. It has 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have one queen bed and one single bed. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds. This semi detached house is suitable for big families. Extra mattresses and pillows are readily available.
The kitchen is equipped with Coway water filter which save us from buying mineral water
The location is near Kuah. About 30 minutes drive to Pantai Cenang where most of the activities are.
