NEW REMODEL!! Family Beach Condo with All the Amenities!
Rather than brag on our own unit, here is a review from a popular website...
"We stayed here because of the recommendation of some friends. What a great find!! The complex is only about 2 minutes from I-5. It is off the last exit heading north before Camp Pendleton. That means it is 45 minutes from Sea World, 1 hour on the dot to Disneyland and 5 minutes to Lego Land. The complex has two pools, two big hot tubs, a putting green, ping pong and billiards tables, and a workout room. There is gated underground parking reserved for each unit. The whole complex is gated and patrolled 24/7. It is ON THE BEACH -- not blocks away like other places.
This unit is advertised as sleeping 6, but it really sleeps 8. It is on the 3rd floor (accessed by elevator) and inside the unit the master bedroom is upstairs. It has a great balcony looking out right onto the OCEAN. You can sleep with the sliding
door open and feel the ocean breeze and hear the crashing of the waves. The sand and surf are awesome. We have two teenage boys 16 and 14 and they loved boogie boarding and surfing, and our two younger ones (10 and 8) loved playing on the sand and in the water.
You can easily walk both to the Oceanside Pier (and the lovely Ruby's Diner) or to the Marina (with all sorts of yachts coming and going plus a dozen restaurants). The Coaster (commuter train) is less than a mile away which can take you right to downtown San Diego. My oldest son and I took it to watch the Padres and the Dodgers play baseball. A314, the unit we stayed in has been recently remodeled. It has flat screen TVs, wireless internet, new beds and bedding, new bathroom fixtures, is super clean, and very cozy. We usually stay in upscale hotels, but we saved so much money by picking up breakfast food and snacks and stocking
the kitchen in the unit. They have everything we needed to cook as many meals as we wanted.
We stayed a week and did the beach one day, then Seaworld one day, then the beach, then Lego Land, then the beach, then Disneyland, then the San Diego Zoo. Wow -- what an awesome trip. The memories will last a lifetime!! For the money, Oceanside is the best beach in San Diego. We stay away from the beaches in San Diego proper -- they have a rough crowd. The beach in LaJolla is tiny and too snooty -- Oceanside is just right -- great waves, nice sand, and very family friendly."

Everything was as described. I have stayed at North Coast Village a few times and this is a great condo for families & has everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

This property was decent but has no air conditioning which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. When you arrive it is extremely hot and takes a while to cool down after you turn on every fan around the apartment. As a parent I feel a little unsafe sleeping with all the windows and sliding doors even being on the 3/4th floor.

Upstairs bedroom can see smell and hear the ocean. House was very clean and well stocked. Has 1 assigned parking spot in covered secured garage. No A/C but plenty of fans throughout the condo. Washer and dryer is a by clubhouse for community . Security and manager were very responsive.

We loved this place. It was beautiful, clean, newly remodeled (which was very well done). The place was stocked with extras for the beach, and all the necessities to cook a meal in. The location was great, and the amenities were a plus too. Would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you

Great beach view from upper lanai, secure gated/assigned parking was nice, plenty of space for my family of 5. One minute walk to the beach from the elevator or stairs was just fine. Oceanside is a great coastal community, has great restaurants/shops, and easy access to SoCal Soccer Complex.

This property was perfect for me and my family for a long weekend by the beach! The unit was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials, even some extras! The view from the master deck was nothing short of amazing and I spent a lot of time out there watching the surfers and the sunsets. We felt very safe here and enjoyed the many amenities. The complex is beautiful and we explored more than once! We spent a lot of time at the pool and a bit at the beach and were able to utilize the 'extras' (beach chairs, toys, etc). I would definitely recommend this property and hope to come stay again!

You can’t ask for a better place to stay, everything you need, beach out your door, clean and private, hot tub, and pool, ping-pong, grill, it was wonderful.

We loved this beach rental! It’s as cute as the pictures! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, it has an elevator which makes it easy to get to the 3rd floor with luggage, and the property is pretty. It’s so close to everything! We came for the Oceanside Ironman 70.3 race and we were able to walk everywhere. We loved having a reserved secure parking space. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it!

We all loved staying at the condo! Beach access was great. And the view was stunning.
A few suggestions: more towels and wash clothes, 4 wash cloths for a 5 day stay isn’t enough for 3 people for a 5 day stay and towels too.

I was disappointed that the master bedroom upstairs was where we had to go to see the ocean.

We had a lovely girls weekend at the property. The location feels safe, and you can walk along the beach to the Oside pier in about 10 minutes. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space for three people. There is an ocean view balcony with a table and four chairs to relax. We loved that.
It was winter and in the 50's when we stayed, but we kept warm with the provided space heaters. One thing to note is that only basic cable was available. That was fine, but something to note if you're used to netflix and all the options. I'd love to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Oceanside! Very comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped to cook any type of meal. Plenty of extras including a cooler, beach chairs and sand toys for kids.
The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

We had 5 adult women in our group - the bed configuration was very good (2 Q and 1 K). Condo as advertised and owner was responsive to my text within an hour. Kitchen was very nice, and we enjoyed the roof top for sunsets and wine. We loved the proximity to the beach (one block!), the Pier, and the town for walking to shops and restaurants. We used the pool and hot tub - both lovely. HIGHLY recommend this condo!
Check out restaurants :The Flying Pig and Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub. Lots of great wine tasting and coffee shops in the area too.

We loved our stay at North Coast Village! We loved being able to walk to the beach. We really loved the boogie boards available to use. The pool was beautiful.

The property was big enough for our family of 8 without feeling crowed. Loved the view, it sure if there was AC - don’t think so there were fan available. But we did need the AC or the fans, we weren’t in the unit most of the time during the day and at night it was a cool. Kids loved the pools and the walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you have kiddos.

This condo was amazing for our first weekend getaway in Oceanside! It was close to the beach and a short walk from the pier. The grounds had a super fun, tropical atmosphere with fun pools and hot tubs. The unit was perfect size for our little family. It was updated nicely and had all the essentials we needed for a little vacation.
We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to future travelers!

Beautiful location, the property grounds and pools were well kept and we would stay here again. It was a little warm for no A/C in the unit and I wish I would have noticed that due to the time of year we went, BUT the unit provided so many fans which were super appreciated.

A beautiful home steps from the beach, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our 5 and 7 year old kids. The owner was outstanding and went out of his way to return some clothes we had forgotten. My daughter was very upset that her favourite Princess Peach shirt from Disney was left behind. The owner Charles was nice enough to ship the items to our home in Canada, and would not let me pay him back for it! Now that’s service! We will always remember this act of kindness and without a question would stay here again, if we ever return to Oceanside or close by.

We came for a week with our daughter and her family. It was so great to be right by the beach. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The seal of the freezer wasn’t working so our Icecream was just liquid, which was sad. There is a nice little pool and hot tub in hat we used each evening after the beach. It is also close to the pier and tons of places to eat. It was a great place to spend our beach vacation.

Absolutely loved staying at the NCV condo. The condo was perfect for all the family. Very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could possibly think of plus kitchen utensils/appliances. It was just perfect! The kids loved walking down to the beach but then swimming in the pool. My husband and I loved sitting by the pool and sitting in the spa. Next time I am in Cali I will definitely be booking another trip with Chuck. Thank you so much for making the Cali experience so enjoyable.

We have stayed at North Coast many times and this was by far our favorite condo. It was two stories, which offered plenty of space and privacy. It came stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as plenty of beach supplies. The only thing that was missing was shampoo/soap in the shower.
The view was AMAZING! Every morning we had coffee on the deck overlooking the water and were able to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves!
The ONE downside about this unit is that it is in the smaller side of the community, across the street from the big pool, koi pond, putting green, etc. We still had access to all those amenities, but they were less convenient.
But overall, this was amazing stay and Chuck was a great communicator.

This is a great spot for a family vacation. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, bbq area, pier and harbor. I loved listening to the sound of the waves from the upstairs bedroom. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful vacation. This property was located right at the beach. We absolutely loved the pools at the property and the location on the beach. We felt very safe with our children. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the beach supplies and toys were super nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again, we wished we could’ve stayed longer.
