We stayed here for a week with our family of teens and adults, the house and facilities were fantastic. Given we had lovely weather the outdoor facilities were superb! There was plenty of space for us to be as a family but also lots of space if people wanted some quiet time. The host was very welcoming, he greeted us and showed us around explaining everything, and then met us to wave us off on our way home.
The area is beautiful with plenty of places to visit, from boating on the local river, visiting the coast and if you are happy to drive a little (1hr15mins) Puy du Fou is an absolute must - outstanding!
There is a lovely patisserie not on google maps but 5 mins around the corner opposite les Petits Carreaux, they are super friendly and their pastries and bread taste amazing.
We will definitely be back.

Really nice house for a family stay, it had everything we needed.
Four spacious bedrooms, big kitchen, and lots of living space inside and out. The pool, hot tub, and outside area are clean and well maintained.
The house is in a really nice area, lots of places to visit within a short drive or cycle away.
Very nice host, everything went smoothly.

Lovely stay in a great big house with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Heated pool and jacuzzi were used every day. Terras is huge and caters really well to the outside living!
Plenty to do nearby. Planete sauvage, lake, canoe, kayak, etc. Only half hour from Pornic woth loads of nice restaurants. 10 mins further is Tharon with stunning white beach.
Found the hosts to be very helpful and even helped us book a table at the local diner Le St Georges in the village. Great food and great owners!

We enjoyed our time at this property on a quiet road on the edge of a small town. The larger than average pool was fantastic with a hot tub also on site. Loads of sunloungers so no race for the best one! A spacious house and site, comfortable and well furnished. Would definitely return. Merci, Didier.

This is a very property in immaculate condition and with very good facilities. The pool and sauna were used extensively by all when the weather permitted. There was no a/c in the accomodation but we only needed to ask and Giovanni went out and got some fans to help keep cool.
The location of the property is very peaceful and having the car was necessary to get around. Had the weather been better we would have explored the area more but we did visit Nantes. We found the city didnt offer our family much but am sure it would appeal to others.
I would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to explore this area of France

Top Haus
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wundervollen Haus. Der Pool ist super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns direkt geholfen das Haus noch barrierefreier zu machen. Die Badezimmertür ausgebaut, damit auch der breiteste Rollstuhl durch die Tür passt. Spontan eine Rampe gebaut für den Hinterausgang. Nur als Beispiel.

Week end tranquille et agréable
Mr CHEVALIER est très disponible et prêt à rendre le séjour très agréable, en ce qui nous concerne, il avait mis la piscine à 29° car il ne faisait pas très beau et il voulait que l'on puisse en profiter. De plus, il nous à donner l'adresse d'un marché à faire le dimanche matin.
J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour la propreté car nous n'avons pas pu profiter du terrain de boules qui était plein d'herbes par contre la maison est très bien.

Grande maison pour séjour en famille
Une grande maison idéale pour un séjour en famille, avec une grande piscine et de grands extérieurs, dans un environnement calme. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles et très sympas, notamment lors de la prise en main de la maison. Nous avons même eu des courgettes du jardin ! La plupart des commerces sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.

Prima verblijf; huis met meer dan voldoende accommodatie, ruimte en voorzieningen. Vlotte ontvangst. Ideale buitenruimte met keuken, groot en verwarmd, volledig uitgerust zwembad en eetruimte met luifel. Ruime parkeerplaats. Perfecte privacy. Ligging prima met bakker, slager en supermarkt vlakbij. Een aanrader!

Super weekend
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au sein de cette belle et spacieuse maison ! Tout l’équipement nécessaire y est, rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. Enfin l’espace piscine est bien aménagé et permet de profiter au maximum du beau temps !

Séjour agréable avec une grande piscine chauffée.
Toutefois la vétusté de la propriété ne donne pas toujours un sentiment de sécurité.(nombreuses infiltration,fissures,fils dénudés) et ne justifie pas le prix.

Très belle maison
Très bon séjour de 2 semaines. Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Parfait pour se reposer au calme. La piscine chauffée et sécurisée a été très appréciée. Le propriétaire qui vit à côté a aussi été réactif aux petits soucis que l’on a pu rencontrer. S’il fallait trouver un petit bémol, je dirais que la literie pourrait être meilleure (matelas un peu mous).

Location agréable et belle piscine
Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette villa ,grands volumes et grande piscine avec une belle terrasse ,juste un petit kit à l’arrivée avec produit pour les mains ,un rouleau de papier toilette au moins ,poivre,sel,vinaigre ,huile d’olive ,sucre,,café ,une brique de lait et un petit jus de fruit )aurait été bien agréable et renouveler les faitouts pou lesquels il manque des poignées car cela peut être dangereux .
Ceci dit nous conseillons cette location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour un EVJF, l’endroit et idyllique et la maison est spacieuse! Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps dans l'énorme Piscine!

Exactement ce qu'on cherchait
Nous avions besoin d'une grande maison pour nous réunir et profiter le temps d'un week end et cela convenait parfaitement.
Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa et serviable. C'est un vrai plus !
Dommage que le week end passe si vite ! Tout le monde a vraiment apprécié le lieu.

- there would not be a nest of swallows near the pool and consequently (too many) bird droppings in the pool area
- the dishwasher would be cleaning things properly
- the wardrobes would have been cleaned up regularly (dust)
- there would not only one (of 4) room(s) which is appropriate for adults (beds in 3 of 4 rooms are rather beds for children up to 13 or 14 years)
