Situato proprio sulla spiaggia del Golfo del Messico, questa grande casa ha una disposizione perfetta casa sulla spiaggia, con un sacco di spazio di vita al coperto e all'aperto! Ci sono 5 camere da letto, di cui 4 con bagno privato, oltre a una camera a castello con 4 letti a castello Twin. Questa casa dispone anche di quasi 2.000 piedi quadrati di ponti, tra cui terrazze solarium, portici coperti e persino un portico schermato, che hanno tutti una splendida vista sul Golfo.
La cucina è stata progettata pensando alla famiglia o al gruppo: ci sono 2 forni nell'isola centrale, microonde, fornelli, 2 lavastoviglie e un grande frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio. C'è una grande dispensa e penisola cucina con posti a sedere per 4.
La zona pranzo ha una panca da pranzo integrata, con tavolo per 10 persone, con spazio aggiuntivo.
Al di sotto di questa casa sulla spiaggia sopraelevata si trova uno spazio ricreativo aggiuntivo, tra cui una piscina privata riscaldata e una jacuzzi. La piscina è riscaldata da aprile a ottobre. Property management was responsive and great! Property owner (NOT property management) decided to use property during our rented week three days into our stay. This was ultimately resolved between the owner and property management company but stressful.
Property itself was a great layout and location with fully stocked kitchen and everything was labelled as to where items were stored and light switches as well. The vents had mildew /mold which I cleaned standing on a ladder bc it bothered our allergies and asthma. I think there were 6 or 7 ceiling vents that were cleaned.
Pool with jacuzzi was great feature to enjoy after being on the beach to cool off and very much enjoyed by the kids.
I think our conflict with booking was a rare event but it did dampen our stay for a while until it was resolved. Never have had this experience before with a rental through VRBO.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. Our family was pleased with how clean and fully stocked everything was during our stay. We loved the pool, hot tub and the very short walk to the beach. Having the chairs, beach wagon, sand toys and kites made it easy for us to do all we wanted while at the home!

It was a pretty decent stay but of course we had problems. The biggest thing was the sliding glass door in the living room did not lock. 1 of the 2 dishwashers didn't work. We found mold growing on the wall. There was splatters of some food on the wall in the kitchen when we got there. We did let them know and the said they were going to come out to look at the stuff we were complaining about but no one ever came out.. They tout themselves as being a house for big families but the ceramic cook top was not big enough to cook for big families and the double ovens are small. Over all as the title says the amenities are nice. The pool, hot tub, and being on the beach is nice but we will not be going back to that house for future vacations.

The deck and screened in porch was wonderful, as was the heated pool/spa. An abundance of water toys, extra coolers, and a beach cart all came in handy. The management company was very communicative and responsive. The only issues we had was one door not locking (which we never felt unsafe on the island) and one dishwasher not working as well aa the hot water heater having one element burned out. However we staggered showers and made it fine and didn’t really need the extra dishwasher. They came and looked at it but had to call a professional repairman so it wasn’t fixed before we left. Even with those things I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It’s definitely everything our family needed to have a comfortable stay. We rented our own beach chairs. There were a couple of extras at the house but I would recommend renting or taking your own.

We could not get the modem to work for two days but on Monday morning another reboot got the internet access to work. We did have to reboot it at least twice a day to keep it working. A couple of soft spots on the floors and waffle iron that didn’t work round off the minor issues we had. Would definitely rent this home again.

The kitchen had everything we needed to socially distance and cook all our meals with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and plenty of counter space for us all to pitch in.
We brought beach chairs and an umbrella, but there were some available for use in the storage closet that have been left by previous guests. The home owner also has a couple small coolers in the kitchen pantry that can be used and returned when finished.
Five ⭐️ for the pool and jacuzzi! We had one good weather day (pre-Hurricane Zeta) that we spent at the beach, then came back and ended our fun day at the pool. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi winding down, and it was perfect!
The property management company was extremely responsive to all of our questions (and a few minor concerns), and really went above and beyond checking on us as we rode out Hurricane Zeta on the island in the home. (Thank you Dee & Terry!!) And let me say, it is a solid built house! Wind gusts up to 60+ mph, with sustained winds of 40+ mph for hours, and we felt very safe the whole time!
We would DEFINITELY book this property again...just maybe not during hurricane season 😬

We are ready to book this place for next year. The house was gorgeous, the proximity to the beach was wonderful, the pool was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The only issue we had were red ants in some of the bedrooms, the laundry room and living room.

Great place inside and out. Wish there was a bathroom downstairs and an ice maker in kitchen. Beds very comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Everything a family could ask for in a vacation rental

House Is beautiful. "Blessed at the Beach" is the perfect name. This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was not long enough. All you need is your food, swimsuit, and beach chairs. Great vacation home. We enjoyed our visit and are planning out next trip.
