Beautifully furnished villa, 6 minute walk to lobby. Golf course, sunset and ocean views off private terrace. Service, pools and restaurants excellent. Host was informative and replied quickly. I will book this villa again!

Spent a wonderful weekend at Terranea with my family. The 2 bedroom townhouse was beautiful and had a great view of the golf course and ocean. The resort was everything we hoped it would be!

The place was beautiful. Clean, spacious and full of natural light. The host responds in minutes and made the experience seamless. The bathrooms had vanity kits, scrubs, bath salts, dental kits plus shampoos and conditioners. Complete hotel vibes. The house had all the essentials needed so I never had to run out to a convenient store. Can’t wait to plan my next stay here and not overpack this time.

Second villa experience.. Another winner . Villa was superbly decorated with every amenity one could want along with those superb ocean views … in room dining , Mar sel restaurant , and the fabulous par 3 added to an occasion already missed!

Villa was spacious and the furnishings were up to date. Balcony fireplace didn't work for us but a non-issue. Housekeeping very accomodating. Villa was located at the beginning of the street which was much more convenient to get to the resort. Would definitely rent again.

Had an amazing stay at this Terranea villa. The property is beautiful and provided enough privacy for my husband, newborn, and parents.

When we arrived, the check in process was easy and painless. We absolutely love this place! The unit was above and beyond our expectations (which are always extremely high....but you never entirely know). We know Terranea very well, and the 3-BR spa villas, but had never stayed up in these more home-like villas. It was perfect for our adult family to stay, as well as the perfect size to host an intimate bridal shower. The owner was responsive and helpful with all of our questions, both prior to arrival and during our stay. The villa itself is spotless and even better than pictured. It’s gorgeous with the fabulous ocean view that Palos Verdes is famous for — with all the amenities available from the hotel along with the space and comfort of a home it was the best of both worlds. We loved our stay and our only regret was that it wasn’t longer! Our family very highly recommends staying here.

The Villa was great, just as advertised. Terranea was OK. The amenities were fantastic (pool, golf course, walking paths. The restaurants were impossible to get into so we only ate at them two times in the 7 days we stayed there. There appeared to be tables available, but due to the lack of staff we couldn't get seated without a reservation. When calling for reservations we were placed on hold for over a half-hour each time. When we finally got through, we were told it was too late to reserve a table (less than two hours in advance of the time requested. Very disappointing. We did enjoy cooking at our Villa:)

This second floor villa was perfect to house some of our family for the week of my son’s wedding in Ranchos Paulo’s Verdes. Will definitely return with more time to relax and enjoy - great restaurants, golf, hiking trails, pools and spa!

We just spent four days/nights at Terranea in this incredibly well appointed, very comfortable Villa. We were looking for a spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday without leaving LA. We also wanted a pet friendly place. Not only did the property not disappoint, it was even better than advertised! We’d go back anytime. Completely satisfied.

This is a lovely property, however, it should be noted that the view is the furthest back from the ocean on the Terranea property. It is a long view to the ocean, across the golf course and past the buildings of the resort itself. Just beware, it is not "on the ocean". Also, the unit could really use some updating. The carpet is well worn in the bedrooms, and the balcony where the outdoor fireplace resides was downright dirty. The furniture on the balcony was filthy, the floor had not been washed in a long long time, and the rug on the balcony was very dirty. The rug in the living room had so many pet stains on it that is was not something we even wanted to walk on. Overall, the unit is very nice but needs some updating and definitely some cleaning. At this price, I would have expected clean/updated carpet and a balcony that was not filthy.

Wonderful weekend celebrating my husband's 50th. Couldn't have asked for better - as we drank a glass of wine watching the sunset on the balcony, we knew it was truly the perfect weekend.
