Waiting to long to collect the keys, even though we had agreed a time. At lot of confusion, the lady at the pick up point had no English, communication was difficult. In saying that the apartment was excellent, great location and value for money.

Spotlessly clean and spacious. Close to the centre and Camino. Excellent communication.

Good beds and comfortable apartment, when the electicity would stay on.

The electricity would not stay on when we were trying to cook dinner. I messaged the owner many times and after an hour someone came over and explained that one of the heaters was on and that was the problem ( we actually thought we had turned all the heaters off). We were down to just the oven being on, and it would not stay on. If this is a problem and they know it, they should leave instructions so the tenants know to check for heaters. OR - they could fix it so you can have more than one appliance in the whole apartment on at one time. Luggage drop off is pretty far away - it would be nice if they had a closer place to have your luggage dropped off.

We booked the property for only one night. It was spacious and clean. We were with a family of five people.

You could smell that the property was used by someone who smoked. We didn’t like that.
