Great neighborhood and the house was nice. It is in need of a deep professional clean. The host was very kind and accomodating.

The property is as listed. We were five in our party and the home had plenty of space for us. Melissa was a great host. She contacted us giving us the 411 on the property. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay if ever in the area for another basketball tournament we will definitely book again!

This was a perfect place for us. With adult kids and our teen daughter joining us, there was plenty of room for all of us. This beautiful home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with lots of choices for restaurants and a grocery store nearby to stock the fridge. Melissa is the perfect hostess. She left us some awesome snacks and was always available for any concerns. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks , Melissa!

Overall the host was nice and helpful. There was a cleanliness issue at check-in that she quickly resolved. In the primary suite, there was some things under the bed that had been over looked. The home was nicely decorated.

While the home looks unassuming from the street, it was very well maintained and accommodated. It was clean and ready to go. The host provided snacks and was very proactive in communicating with me. The home was clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices which made fixing meals as easy as if I was at home. Would stay here again.

Lovely experience at this home!
This house was exactly as promised - extremely clean and great accommodations. Melissa was incredibly communicative and so helpful, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable and gave us great peace of mind. She helped us with anything we had questions about and made herself easily available, which we really appreciated. I would recommend staying at this home to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy time with friends and family and I would definitely stay here again.

College Tour stay
We had an amazing time at the house! It wasn’t far from campus- we had a tour scheduled. Also, I loved that it was around the corner from the grocery store and restaurants.
The property was even surprisingly stocked with essentials! What a wonderful surprise! It’s a quiet neighborhood and the owner lives next door to help with any issues (we didn’t have any)!

Perfect weekend accommodations
We had family in town for the weekend, and this property was walking distance to our home! Our family members raved about the comfort and convenience of their stay- especially the comfort of all of the beds! This home is also close to many restaurants and entertainment! The host, Melissa, was so easy to work with and hospitable to our guests! We will definitely book this home again!

Great house for Texas Tech Football weekend
Great house located close to campus. We took an Uber so we didn't have to hassle with parking. Great floor plan, clean with all the amenities you would need. Owners were amazing with their communication. Would definitely stay here again!
