A person that introduced himself as Robert: 1. Didn't wake me up despite mentioning multiple times and when I questioned he lied 2.There was no kettle in the room and when I asked for hot water few times, he hung up the phone without saying anything the third time I asked for it.

The room was simple but clean

The staff was very helpful and flexible with my check in time as I was arriving very late and leaving very early for a flight. The hotel is close to airport and made it easy for me to get some rest before my flight.

There was a small window in the room - which turned out not to be a window as it had thick plastic Perspex on it so you couldn’t see through at all - mind you it might have been for the best as this hotel was situated down some very dingy dirty back streets !!

Too many mosquitoes, poor service and questionable hygiene

A very suitable place for an overnight stay after a flight or before a flight, not far from the airport. Responsive staff, possibility to get breakfast in the morning. The room is small but comfortable. Everything you need inside, even a small part of the kitchen.

The concept and staff. It has rooms named after popular holiday destinations.
