The complex is beautiful and the swimming pool areas are stunning. The room was nice and spacious 😊

It’s not good that people can leave towels on sun beds without using them - we went to the pool on a few occasions - lots of areas had towels on for 3 + hours with nobody using them. We found it difficult to find 2 sun beds together. Also there isn’t really anywhere to have a late breakfast if you want to skip the early breakfast in the main restaurant that closed at 10:30 We went to the mambo bar restaurant for a snack at around 12:00 - there were lots of staff and only 4 other customers - we we’re told to sit down and would be served soon ( not even offered a drink - after 10 minutes a nice helpful waiter called Michael Stern came out and apologized as he wasn’t aware we were left waiting by his colleague but by this time we decided to leave and drive somewhere else out of the complex. It would be nice to be able to have a late breakfast /snack option somewhere in the complex.. but we didn’t find anything? Also check in took over and hour and check out took more than 30 minutes. Have been to many hotels and never had these waiting times before. Seems in general there is a lot of employees but needs more efficiency all round.

I loved the look of the hotel and the size of the rooms. they were very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of lifts. The Italian restaurant within the resort was really nice.

All 4 and 5 star hotels that I have previously stayed in the mini bar has been complementary yet in this hotel they were chargeable and the staff were quick to keep checking what you had taken. One morning when at breakfast I wanted to sit in the outside area in the sun but away from where the birds were congregating, I asked one of the waiters politely if he could set my table and he came over and told me that he would on this occasion but in future to sit where they are already set. I just felt as a guest you would expect hotel staff of a 4 star establishment to go above and beyond to make a guests stay satisfactory. Not a massive deal but I was a bit taken aback by it. No convenience store for miles and only card payments in resort.

Lovely choice for breakfast...plenty of healthy options too.

Was surprised to see young children/babies allowed in the exclusive pool only for level guests. Thought it would be a nice quite pool. Only stayed one night so was ok but I don't think I would be happy to see them in the pool (with pool kids toys) if I was staying the week.

very bad advertising of room. very misleading! the room view was of a hedge!! we thought we booked the view on the wed site lunch… terrible! very poor quality of burger and undercooked and cold. a simple tomatoe salad.. most tomatoes were “wholly and past freshness” no bread. poor service and the menu was not the same as the QR code. the printed menu was so small and light coloured font I found not read it. which was why I used the QR code!!!

Amazing reception and friendliness of staff (Oscar and Ana) - outstanding! Perfect location to play golf. Big beautiful room with a terrace. Great breakfast.

we were there in a low season, so only 1 restaurant was opened and the food was OK. The spa area was under maintenance, so we did not get to experience it unfortunately, but we will come back for sure and check in advance if it is opened.

Mold in the bathroom and dust

the staff were nice and helpful, the beds were very comfortable. We had a really large terrace with a great view of the golf course and mountains. I was impressed with the fresh fruit and the quality of the breakfast!

I wish the sauna had been more available (not only with a pre-booking and from 10am) and was offered for free to hotel guests.
