We absolutely love staying here, this was our second visit and we would have been back much sooner if Covid wasn't around. Leonardo and Nadia, make us feel so welcome and are more than happy to help with any questions. The apart has absolutely everything you need for a home away from home. This beautiful apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped for a perfect holiday. The shared pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Very quiet and peaceful location but only a short walk down some steps to the main strip where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Nadia and Leonardo were very welcoming and easy to contact. They even left us some basic foods and booked our return taxi!! Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed, more than you usually find. The sunbed cushions, beach towels and food welcome pack were welcomed items. Nadia was always helpful and the lift from the airport by her father was another added bonus. Unfortunately Corona virus and the Lanzarote lockdown affected our stay but this couldn't be helped.

Hosts were amazing. So friendly and always quick to reply. They met us on arrival and showed us their apartment. They even provided goodies to start our holiday off meaning we didn't have to dash to the shops. Apartment was immaculate. Beautiful furnishings. We hope to be back very soon! Alles an der Apartementanlage plus des Gartens und des Pools waren ausgesprochen gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das deutsche Fernsehen hatte seine Tücken.

Die sehr ruhige Lage bietet gute Erholung. Die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet und enthält alle notwendigen Gerätschaften. Der alten Hafen ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand.

Prachtig ingericht appartement: - zeer comfortabel - rustig gelegen in kleinschalig complex - winkels op loopafstand - optimale dienstverlening door eigenaars - vriendelijk onthaal Een echte aanrader!

The apartment was lovely with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Leonardo picked us up from the airport and transferred us to the apartment, along the way informing us of where the shops bars and restaurants are, what we may like to do on our stay and some history of lanzarote. This was a great way to start our holiday :). Leonardo showed us around our apartment explained the keys and the controls for air con, tv, bathrooms etc, and had even picked us up some bits and pieces for the fridge to get us going. We also met Nadia half way through our stay when she came to bring fresh towels and check that the new washing machine was in working order, Both are very lovely welcoming friendly people, and we throughly enjoyed meeting them and staying in this great location. The swimming pools was just as you see in the pictures as was the entire apartment. Honestly could not have asked for anything more. We had such a great time very relaxing location, 10mins walk to shops and restaurants. Great place to be as well if you would like to do trips around the island, as there are a few places to book trips by the restaurants and the bus picks you up not far from there too :) We would love to come back to stay here again, and have already recommended to friends and family. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt, für ein gutes Frühstück war schon gesorgt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir bekamen laufend frische Handtücher. Die Anlage ist überschaubar, ruhig, gut gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die guten Lokale am Hafen und mehrere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Modern furniture,spotlessly clean,it was like being at home. It was so relaxing we could of easily stopped another week. You will find all the facilities you need to cook and the tv had loads of sports,movies,music channels. Leonardo was a great host and also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport.

We were collected from the airport from Leonardo, and taken to the property which lived up to the pictures and reviews on the internet Leonardo took time to show us around and explain the do's and don'ts within the property and advised us to call him if we had any problems, he was very informative and polite the property is a true haven, and we are already planning a return trip this year if possible it is convenient for the action of the resort but very peaceful if you want to relax with a book The apartment contains everything that you would need for an enjoyable stay, the owners have thought of absolutely everything, the welcome pack in the fridge was unexpected, but was a lovely touch , and Nadia and Leonardo are wonderful hosts thank you for an enjoyable stay, hope to see you again real soon best regards Jackie & Barry Winship

This is a wonderful property perfect for two people. Great location between the old and new town of Puerto del Carmen. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres. Leonardo is a very gracious and attentive host. Pick up and drop back to airport a great touch and a well stocked fridge a welcome sight for breakfast on our first morning which we had on the sunny private terrace. Highly recommend!

Great stay perfect property supper neighbours perfect pool. We missed the washinhg machine but Nabia loaded the fridge with fresh food milk and water. Just perfect for us
