Great location . Gueliz only 10 min walk. Medina 30 mins
Lovely pool area - snack bar good
Internet in hotel really poor. Most rooms have no internet.
Request room facing pool area and you might just get WiFi otherwise main hotel lobby , dinning room, bar area best areas for WiFi.
Rooms clean and cleaned every day.
Hotel is however rather tired and more 3 star than 4
Good breakfast - you can request omelettes etc

Super personnel, super jardin & piscine. Localisation top car à 10 min du centre en taxi mais dans un jardin magnifique et au calme :)

The cleaners and concierge were very helpful. Layout of hotel and gardens were okay.
Every room has a safe but non-operational. i was told, if I wanted it to work, a technician would have to be called from outside and I pay for it!!
I would prefer every room to have tea and coffee facilities - Aziz did arrange a kettle for me.
Separate shower, instead of into a bath, would have been better.
Basin plug not working, cleaner helped with another one that was better but does not stop water from flowing out - wastage of water.
Breakfast wasn't the greatest spread and I didn't like the runny scrambled eggs!! Most of the time the cereals were finished and took a long time to replace; same with cutlery. After I asked i did get an omelette- following day i was asked to pay for it and, after complaining about it, I was not charged.

Connexion wi-fi uniquement à la réception. Chaîne de télévision trop peu nombreuses.

L’accueil’ le personnel merci au bagagiste et à madame kaoutar de la réception pour son professionnalisme.

LE HALL ET LA PISCINE SONT NICKEL.
Arrivé à 10h00. Accueil prévenu mais aucun geste n'à été fait pour récupérer la chambre ( 2 semaines avant notre arrivée)
Notre chambre n'était pas prête à 15h.
Le petit déjeuner est décevant. Rien ne montre les produits locaux (msemens, harcha, melloui ext...)
A 9h00 il ne reste déjà plus rien.
Les agents ont l'air dérouter quand on leur demande thé, café quand la machine est en' panne ou rab de nourriture.
Msemens fait de la pâte à pain où pâte.
L'hygiène des serviettes sur les transats est douteux.
Déçu.

DESAYUNO BUENO, PERO TODOS LOS DÍAS LAS MISMAS COSAS, POCA VARIEDAD, QUIZA LIMITADO POR LA CULTURA DEL PAIS, SIN EMBUTIDO, PERO VARIEDAD DE FRUTA. LA PISCINA ESPECTACULAR Y LA HABITACION CON CAMAS MUY COMODAS. EL PERSONAL ES DE DIEZ, Y MUY AMABLE. NOS DEJARON EL DIA DE SALIDA USAR LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL Y DEJAR LAS MALETAS HASTA LA HORA DEL TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO. NOS IMPRIMIERON LOS BILLETES DE VUELTA.
EN REALIDAD NO HAY NADA QUE NO ME GUSTARA DEL HOTEL.

We had breakfast which was pretty terrible. The rooms were tired and we were relieved to only be staying for a night. The staff were unhelpful.

The pool was too cold, there was a bad smell in our rooms and we asked for new rooms but there was also a bad smell there. We also thought that they need to have some program by the pool in the day, there was nothing to do

Everything in the room needed maintenance. I never received a face cloth the entire 2 days I was there. There is only one iron and ironing board for the entire Hotel. The room had a very weird odor

Staff all so friendly & helpful. Pool and gardens are lovely, lots of shaded areas. Breakfast each morning were superb. Public areas were air conditioned. We used the Spa & again the therapists were fantastic. The Treatment area is in need of refurbishment. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very tired and need a total refurbishment. They were exceptionally clean. Bed linen & towels changed daily.
Hotel needs a revamp.

Breakfast was lovely. Very nice selection. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Omelettes cooked to order

Old rooms with no equipment such as iron and/or Kittel. There is some sort of bad smell in some corridors and rooms.

I really liked the location in the Hivernage close enough to the Medina and various restaurants. The gardens were very nice. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent.
We stayed in a Bungalow which had 2 levels and access to the gardens. I loved the set up however it needs renovations and more care! There are dirt marks on the walls and the carpets. It just feels old and not in good condition. To add, the sewer systems smell bad. The hammam area is atrocious, looks like a basement. The personnel are very kind and good but the actual room for hammam is awful, do not go. The massage service was very good.

the rooms were not cleaned properly and the smell of smoking everywhere. also breakfast was terrible for a 4star. the orange juice was not fresh. I had spent the last 2 days in a hostel where they had fresh orange juice so for a 4 star the food was terrible.
