The breakfast was plenty, just what we needed and no need to rush for breakfast at a particular time-slot. Free parking and liked that we didn't have to check out till 11am.

We were worried about potential noise as it was very busy when we arrived. But we didn't hear a thing and slept very well.

Great place, friendly staff. Right in the middle of Eccleston, though in a quiet close on the edge of farmland. We book regularly for work, and the owners are happy to invoice us weekly. Few mins walk to chip shop, garage/shop.

Breakfast is only a few continental items provided in the rooms. They don't do served breakfast any more.

Very quiet location, very helpful owners. The possibility of an early check-in and 11:00 check-out was appreciated.

For what it was I can't say it was cheap. I guess they have worked out that there really isn't very much accommodation in the area so they can charge accordingly. I thought the place itself was great. Just a little bit pricey. Although, I did stay there so it didn't put me off completely!

Room looked beautiful with lots of space and high vaulted wooden ceiling. Well decorated, warm and comfortable. Nice clean bathroom with exceedingly hot water. Various breakfast things were provided, including fresh milk, not those little UHT cartons. Wifi was good, and Jane's welcome was friendly and informative.

Somewhere to eat breakfast. Also would prefer a more modern shower with a detachable showerhead rather than one fixed to the wall. But these are minor quibbels - we were very pleased with our stay.

Pleasant location and the rooms were well furnished. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water.

The bed was a bit small and hard for our liking and we had to get more pillows but these were readily available.

such a lovely place, so peaceful and a stunning barn conversion! the staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful!

the only small issue is the noise from the upstairs, was no major issue and the staff are aware as there is a nice little note in the rooms asking guests to be aware!

I’ve stayed at Parr Hall Farm several times now & I love the ease of check in, the privacy, you pretty much get to come & go as you please but the owners are just a phone call or buzzer away if needed! Excellent tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal tea making facilities. Biscuits & mints. With fresh milk & juice in a fridge in your room! You get a continental breakfast in your room which consists of 2 packets of cereal & milk, croissant, yoghurt but also there is the option of making your own toast with fresh bread, butter in the communal area! You can also help yourself to a wide variety of fruit, extra cereals (muesli etc!) porridge oats, extra yoghurts, juice & fresh milk! You have absolutely everything to hand without having to go through reception or feel like you are mithering anyone! This perfect little B&B has been a home away from home for me while awaiting a property I’m buying as staying there means I’ve been able to get some much needed peace & privacy (I’ve been staying with family while awaiting house move!) So when I’ve needed to be back in the area for appointments, meetings or just for some me time! This place has been perfect!

Shower went luke warm after a short period of time.

I have stayed here before and was very happy to come back - the rooms are clean and very spacious with a good sized sitting area and a big comfy bed as well as a bathroom with a bath, and plenty of parking - so it’s a great place to base yourself.

little bit noisy this time round (from one of the other rooms) - then again I got up at 6:30 so they may not be happy with me
