I enjoyed my stay here, and it met my expectations. The building is a bit older, which creates some minor issues such as bugs and a small amount of debris. However, what I was most impressed by is the attention to cleaning and preventing these issues by the staff. For example, they have some sort of spray as most bugs die in the room and anytime I left the room I would come back to it swept and cleaned up to perfection. Thus, the age of the building had no impact on my stay. Also, the room was very large, which was nice since I was traveling w/ my father and wanted a bit more space than found in other rooms. I loved that they provide free cold and hot water and AMAZING breakfast! Lastly, the location was perfect for us and a short walk to the night market area and only about 100 meters to the main road that runs along the river and is filled with restaurants. Overall, I think this accommodation is perfectly priced for what you get and I would for sure stay here again!

Very Nice Guesthouse, the Guedthouseowners are so helpful. The Room are big and Clean. The Shower was hot. The Breakfast was very good. We booked for 2 Nights and stay there for 4 Nights.

Pleasant hotel, in good location close to the river and night market. The room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and a good wifi signal.

This guesthouse is fantastic! I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 9 nights. I had a gorgeous, king-sized room with a bathroom and, added bonus, shower cabin. The staff were amazing! Genuinely warm and friendly, they answered all my questions, provided helpful information on things to see and do in the area, booked tuk tuks, train tickets and anything and everything. I was even given some traditional Vietnamese herbal medicine to help with an injury. Breakfast each morning was freshly made and delicious. The guesthouse is in a perfect location too, only a short walk to the night market and old town area. You must stay here when in Luang Prabang!

Depending on what kind of neighbors you have it can get very noisy. Room did not have a good smell.

The free breakfast was good (multiple choices), managers where very helpful & understanding when we had troubles with his scooter rental service.

The scooter rental service wasn't really a service as we got 2 bad scooters the same day... I guess the manager should background check a bit more his partners...

Showers were the best I've had in SEA, also a shower cabin! Room had everything I needed and the place was clean. Insect mesh in front of Windows. Breakfast is simple but very much appreciated You can book transportation to Vang Vieng via hotel Great location, nearby everything but in a quiet street.

There's two hotels with the same name from the same owner. This was a bit confusing. Both are similar quality and they are a stones throw apart so it's hardly a big deal.

Clear and friendly

The hosts were great. Arranged a scooter, airport transport, and printed our visas super last minute. Location is perfect, close to everything but far enough off the main centre that it’s not noisy.

Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent but guessing that’s standard.
