Posizione centralissima, parcheggio gratis nelle vicinanze, camera spaziosa silenziosa e pulita, letto comodissimo, bollitore in camera con tisane, proproetario super disponibile e informatissimo sulle attività che si possono fare nei dintorni, mappe e depiant turistiche a disposizione, ancora estrema attenzione alle misure anticontagio Covid.
La colazione prevedeva eslusivamente prodotti confezionati da supermercato, le camere poste al primo piano erano raggiungibile solo tramite scale perchè l'ascensore aveva una chiave.

The breakfast room was thoughtfully stocked with items for a tasty continental start to the day. Juices, cereals, Milks, biscuits, breads, coffee machine, preserved fruit, some gluten free and lactose free items.
The bedroom had enough space for a short visit and a comfortable bed.
Albert gives helpful information about the area and places to eat and visit. We would stay here again easily.
We didn't realise that 2 of the rooms had a shared bathroom, however fortunately no one else was there during our stay so that was OK.

Me encantó, súper limpio, las sábanas súper suaves, la cama perfecta y las almohadas. Muy cerca de la estación del tren, el servicio fue increíble. Es un lugar que vale muchísimo la pena quedarse. El internet es excelente.

I totally agree with the previous opinions. This is one of the best places I have found on Booking. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information concerning Tirano itself but also the trip to St. Moritz. There are a lot of different snacks in the common breakfast room including lactose free yoghurts, rice milk or gluten free products. The room is quite big and the bed is comfortable. In the bathroom you can find different cosmetics and generally the place provides everything you need for a shorter or longer stays. It is also important that it's located in a nice part of Tirano and not far from the station.

Everything, I’ve never stayed in a hotel which provides everything exceeds my expectations ( I’m a picky person when it comes to hotels) from facilities to staff. It was a great discovery, I wish all the hotels can offer such service. Great value of money, highly recommended!
Not really, if there must be one, breakfast could have been better with more of home made products than bought industrial bread.

Alberto is an excellent boutique hotel owner. Every little detail in the room has been thoughtfully taken care of. Our room had a very stylish private bathroom. I thank Alberto so much for his friendly and helpful attitude. If I were to visit Tiranoya again, I would definitely stay here again

Rooms were far more than I expected! Large, clean, kitchen with beverages and snacks available, location couldn’t be better! And the kindest host!

Breakfast was a basic but adequate self-service affair. The owner is wonderful and very understanding and obliging. The room is huge - enough space for belongings for a 2 week stay to be put away and for the suitcases to be stored without getting in the way. Shower was exceptionally clean - in fact it was the cleanest hotel/B&B that we stayed in during our month away (6 hotels).
We found a lovely restaurant - the Merizzi where we enjoyed some fabulous food.
Bonus - this hotel is handy for the Bernina Railway which we used to reach our next destination. Terrific views.
There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great.

Such a lovely hotel. Alberto is a kind and gentle man who keeps his small hotel beautifully clean, comfortable and just delightful to stay as a guest.

The room was exceptional, larger than expected and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a continental with a very good selection and Alberto was a great host with great recommendations for dinner as we arrived in the evening. A very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay! Alberto will welcome you and give you all the info you need. the room is clean, comfortable, spacious. The hotel offers a very well served breakfast. it is right in the city center, walking distance to everything you need. if you’re doing the Bernina Express it is the perfect choice for you.

Alberto was so welcoming!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room had every amenity we could ever need. I would happily stay there again or recommend it to anyone staying in Tirano.

Very friendly and helpful landlord. Perfect location for the town and railway station. Immaculately clean and tidy. Quiet. Spacious. Caters unusually well for people with gluten and lactose intolerances.
Almost almost all breakfast options are sweet and long-life. Some savoury options and fresh fruit would be a good addition. Need to ask the landlord to unlock the elevator if you want to use it when departing.

Relais was the best host ever. highly recommended. he helped us plan all our stay including restaurants, museums, nature trips and booking the bernina pass train. rooms were spacious, clean and modern.
