Location, super well stocked, very comfortable bed, attentive concierge, great in-room espresso!

It was spacious, unbelievably well equipped with everything I could’ve imagined that I could possibly need. I loved the quiet neighborhood and the tree-lined streets.

I loved everything

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this little studio. The location was amazing, and I was able to walk to the Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto rather than taking taxis every time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the hosts and house manager were extremely helpful and nice. The house is also well-stocked with anything you might need during your stay - soaps, hangers, iron, coffee and tea supplies, etc. I just wish I had more time to enjoy their backyard, it's very nice! I'd definitely stay here again the next time I come to the area.

I ran into a few bumps during my stay. First there was a spider problem, then the AC wasn't set up properly, but the manager was super responsive, sending out a cleaner for the spiders and the host came over to fix the AC. I was happy with how responsive and friendly they both were any time I needed something. The mattress is also very very soft, so it gave me some back pain after a few days of sleeping on it as I personally prefer firmer beds.

Very nice and cozy place with everything you might need. It just seems a bit small, but it is very functional apartment and backyard is wonderful. Host is very nice and pleasant. :)

They did am AMAZING job of setting up a very cozy space so that it was fully functional; the kitchen was well outfitted. Incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was really simple and straightforward, but it also has a bit of personality. I would definitely choose this place again unless it was a pretty long stay.

The bathroom sink isn't really set up for shaving--watch your head! The cabinet over it sticks out pretty far. That's the only thing I can think of.
