-Good instructions how to get in.
-Good location.
-Ok kitchen and basic kitchen appliances.
-Apartment was mostly just as described.
-Overall a reasonable place to stay. London is expensive, like any major city, and you get what you pay for.
-Bathroom furniture is in dire need of renovation. Showerhead leaked, shower drainage was poor, the drawers of the sink cabinet have been fixed with tape, old dirt in the corners and limescale, the accordion door of the shower was missing all but with only one fastener, shower curtain was moldy.
-The host added me to a Whatsapp group without asking first if this was ok. They also messaged every other day how things are going. This was not appreciated. I will contact the host if there is any need and there is no need for further communication. (I did not bother to message about the problems in the bathroom since the problems are so obvious and there was not much that could have been done about them during our stay. And the host seemed to be quite offensive when anyone has been commenting anything negative about the place in the reviews)
-No sink in the toilet.
-Paint stains everywhere, in the cupboards, in tiles, in the roller blind.
-Bed is small for two (bed size is mentioned in the description).

Nice appartman , equipped with everything you want . Queit neighborhood . Shops and pubs nearby . 10 minutes walk to the subway ( Bermondsey st. , Jubilee line )
15 minutes walk to Tower bridge .
Bus C-10 at the house ( to Victoria st. )
Perfect agreement with the owner .

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment for 6 days. We could find everything we would need prepared for us (hair dryer, towels etc.). There are a lot of bus stations and a subway station nearby, so travelling to other parts of London was very quick and easy as well. There are also two supermarkets nearby. Moreover, the apartment was very clean & comfortable.
What I also appreciated a lot was the communication with the host who invited me to a Whatsapp group and was available for questions and requests anytime.
We very much enjoyed our stay in London and would book the apartment definitely again! :)

Location is good, for the money you pay. The kitchen it's fair
Shower was cold, luckily was not cold in London, did not bother to check if it could be fixed.
I went with my Kid, the place It's too small. Only if you are on a budget and you are a couple, I would recommend since London it's quite expensive.
Maybe I would have stayed farther away but in a bigger and better quality space, since there is not much to do around. Good for sightseeing but not a good stay if there's a need to do some other thing on the apartment.

The owners were very nice and had amazing communication with us throughout our stay to make sure the accommodation were good. The location was easily accessible by transport with the tube being a 10 minute walk and the bus being a couple minutes walk away. The washing machine came in very handy and there was a large amount of storage space to use as well. It was a clean and cozy accommodation. The size of the rooms were quite nice too, most of the rooms were very spacious. Give very homely vibes
I really thank the owners for letting us stay at this studio flat, we had a lovely experience and they were very accommodating allowing us late check out at 12 instead of 10:30am which was very kind and helpful for us.
They also messaged us 2 days before our stay to introduce themselves and give us all the relevant information for the stay such as how to work the shower, the wifi code and the code to the flat.
Our only main issue was the size of the bed, it was not a comfortable size for two grown people to sleep on. We did end up sleeping one on the sofa and one on the bed as we found a second duvet which made our stay a lot more comfortable. We did inform the owners of this. It wasn't an issue for us though as we didn't require sleeping in the same bed anyway.

- Great location, as it only took 10-15 min to walk to the Tower Bridge, 10min to the next subway station and 1min to the next bus stop
- No hairdryer
- Dirty bathmat, dishwashing brush and carpet
- The kitchen was very badly equipped and only had the bare minimum. Two spoons, two cups, two plates, etc.. not even a cooking spoon
- The bed was not very comfortable and really tiny (~1,20m) so my partner and I couldn't find a minute of sleep during the hot summer days. After one night, we slept seperately (one on the couch, one on the folding bed). The most important aspect of an accommodation was not given - a place to get some good rest!

Great location. 10 minute walk Tower bridge and 10 minute walk to underground. Mark was very easy to reach and always followed up. I had a Uber booked for 6:30am to take us to the train station. 6:40 they cancelled
I tried for and hour to get a taxi with no luck.Mark got us a ride and he even paid for it. I would highly recommend this apartment to any one👍👍

Nice place to stay, very comfortable and with all the things you need. Just a few smaller than it seems in the pictures, but enough for me. The guy in charge was very nice to me, and he was regularly in touch in case I needed sth. Well located, easy to get to the tube or any other public transport. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was super clean and nice! The location is great, it was really close to a supermarket and the underground station, plus you can literally walk to the London Bridge/Tower of London!! Also the communication with the host is excellent, really friendly and helpful!! I hope we can return again!

It is a great location. Close to transit, to travel all around. Felt safe walking around and when saturday night hit, people were loud at times but was always so friendly and laughing.
Any questions we had they got back to us right away.
Pillows on the bed were thin. A small thing to deal with when on vacation.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Tower Bridge. The flat was clean, had everything we needed and the owner is very caring, the communication was easy and he was quick to answear. The big advantage is self check-in, which is great when you arrive late.

Nice property, nicely decorated in a modern style, has all the basic utilities you're likely to need. Professionally cleaned with decent bedding & towels provided. Not far from Bermondsey tube station, easy walk to Tower Bridge/London Bridge, several nearby bus routes to different areas of London (TfL hopper fares make bus travel in London very appealing).
Only a few minor things such as being a little difficult to find (it's in a separate block from the rest of the estate), three floors up, the outside is nothing much to look at (inside is much nicer). Toilet was a little cramped for my long legs although the rest of the flat was spacious including the bathroom.

The flat was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The location was good and had just a walking distance to tube stations or grocery shopping. More than all of those, the host is super responsible and always kind. He made good communication and support over the whole stay which is much appreciated. The flat also had whatever facilities that might be needed and was well organized.

We arrived and the heaters didn't work, we spent the night with 15 degrees. The studio apartment is structurally old, windows from which air enters, with joints covered with adhesive tape. Claustrophobic bathroom and poorly maintained. Uncomfortable foldaway bed.

The host gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful. The flat was very clean and well ventilated just as shown in pictures. We were provided with fresh clean linen and towels, comfortable beds and a fully fitted kitchen 🤩🤩. Ample sanitizers were provided given the current COVID-19 situation in the form of antibacterial wipes and cleaning products. Entertainment was great by musical CDs and television. We were very comfortable for our entire stay and we were close to all amenities so no problems getting around. This was a great experience! 👍🏽💕😍🎈🎈
