Very good location and helpful staffs with good service mind. Also good view.

The room is too small for me but understandable for the location.

The staff who cleaned our room were wonderful, courteous, did a great job, and always with a smile.

The breakfast was ordinary, stale, and almost inedible. Too pricey for what it was. Tried it the first morning, then had breakfast at McDonslds and Starbucks the rest of our stay for a fresher more enjoyable start to the day without the inflated cost.

however, it was quite far from city center, airport and Kowloon. the facilities in my room and the room itself were old. a noise in the aisle was quite loud.

Great price, great location, great reception staff. Nice pool. Wonderful stay. I was going to stay only one night, at the end I stayed for 4 consecutive nights.

The gym is very outdated and a bit dirty. That’s it.

The best part of the room was the view from a premium room on a high floor. The view of the harbour is beautiful, although the main Kowloon-view is actually blocked by a building.

The rest of the room/hotel was not so great. The A/C is freezing, but when turned down, the room (floor and furniture) is completely damned with humidity. The bathroom is disgusting. There are black moldy spots all over the shower, door and walls. There was never hot water in the shower, I just ended up taking quick warm showers. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds combined. So the middle of the bed is a hard block (and cannot sleep on).

The location of the hotel was very convenient and our room was very quiet.

The cleanliness standard of the room was extremely poor. On the very first night, my bedsheets had hair on them. Next morning I asked for the sheets to be changed but that didn’t happen. I also got bitten all over by bedbugs which ruined my trip and made extra work for me once I got home. Also, the walls and ceiling in the room had cobwebs everywhere. It was a very disappointing facility.

Second stay in the hotel - was checked in early so that I could start the day early. Really appreciate this thoughtful gesture. Compact room with all essential amenities. Good location, 3-min walk to MTR Quarry Bay and serviced by multiple bus lines and tram.

Very weak WiFi for those who rely on hotel WiFi for work. Patchy connection for taxi booking or checking emails.
