Room was clean and light with everything working.

The pillow was very thin and there was only one. there was no bedside lamp.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! We found one and the guy at the reception desk said “okay but it’s dead” absolutely not caring about it. The sheets were dirty, full of stains and bed bug’s blood.

Room and corridors were very clean. Super quiet - saw only one guest. Reception staff were really friendly. Great location for West London and not wanting to pay extortionate prices! Central line Tube stop was a 15 min walk away. Shower was hot.

TV did not work, and the beds were not the comfiest!

I have stayed inany hotels in London, and this one has been the quiet and most comfortable in a while. My room was right above the main entrance, giving on the road. But I heard nothing and had restful nights.

It is no fault of the hotel really, but the location was not ideal. If you head central but want a break, it is time consumíng to get back to the hotel and hope to head out later on. And I would strongly recommend that you check you haven't forgotten something in your room before leaving for the day

The fact that it's 10years old

Staff were nice and friendly. Great italian breakfast (coffee, orange juice and a couple of pieces of toast loaded with cheese, meet, vegs). Well located, around 30 min to Hyde Park.

The room was quite outdated and not fully clean. Uncomfortable bed. Only one towel was provided when there were two of us. Passable for a night or two if you are tight on budget.

Excellent location, just around the corner is Askew road where you can get a bus to Hammersmith or 15 minutes walk to Shepard’s Bush market also close by to Westfield shopping centre.

We stayed on the lower floor, (room 2) stairs difficult with cases. would not recommend this floor if you have young children or mobility problems. We only had 1 towel in the room, I could have asked for another but we always take our own anyway.
