Just a 5 minute walk from our dock for the next day’s ferry. Comfortable corner room with two decks for great views of the water and mountains. Staff was wonderful. Room was sparkling clean.

Die Lage. Wenig bis kaum Restaurants in der Nähe Mitte Oktober. Man war somit gezwungen in dem hauseigenen Restaurant zu essen, was teuer ist im Vergleich zu anderen norwegischen Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ok, jedoch waren viele Dinge längere Zeit leer und wurden nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt

Great location, wonderful breakfast, very professional and helpful staff. This is not a luxurious hotel, however, it is comfortable, clean and offers everything you need. The location is close to the Ferry terminal and train station. Our Ferry didn't leave until 3:00 pm, they offered a large storage room for luggage with a table and outlets to charge your phone.

We liked everything. The hotel is part of a complex that has a bakery, restaurant, grocery stores, gift shops and stores, kiosks serving hotdogs, deer meat etc.

The structure is very nice, great breakfast, good food at the restaurant, great staff, decent (but not memorable) beer, great location in the nature of the Fjord...

Great location in the nature of the Fjord, except when a 330 meters or so cruise boat docks some 30 meters or so from your nice balcony on the Fjord, which seems to happen 3-4 days a week.

1. Central location. All facilities are just a stone throw away, walking distance. 2. View on both sides are fantastic. 3. Room was cosy and comfortable. They have a nice balcony where one can sit and enjoy the view. 4. Coffee and tea arrangements in the room.

One of the best stays we have had this trip. Larger room size than what one would expect, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The room and bathroom were both very clean, bathroom had floor heating as well which was nice. Nespresso coffee machine available for use as well. Breakfast had an excellent spread. Coop supermarket 30 second walk, with Flam Station a few steps away. Great view from the balcony too.

The only comment is that we were accommodated in a building that did not have an elevator for access to the second floor. The main building has an elevator. This is likely due to the fact that I requested a room with a nice view, and hotel staff did not anticipate we would have so many luggage! Staff were friendly and offered to take our luggage up for us, which we kindly declined. The quality of the room and view was worth dragging luggage a few steps up.

Rooms were not very clean - found a big dustball in my bedsheets. Also provided 2 single beds as opposed to 1 double

no staffs to say hello to you, it looks like their quiet life in Flam already gone. Many tourists keep coming back and building up to occupy the beautiful nature. it is a shame Norway is too much beautiful , anyway I will come back again
